Tender For Repairs To Pues School North Facing Building At Eripalyam In Kallipattu Panchayat.; 1 Dismandling and removing of damaged plastering surface, including all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc 2 Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 3 Dismandling and removing of damaged Pressed tiles, including all cost and coveyance of materials and labour charges eetc compete. 4 Dismandling and removing of flooring tiles, including all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc complete 5 Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement three M.Sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification. 6 Terrance flooring with once course of Cooloent tiles size 20x20x2cm using CM1:3 mixed with crude oil 10% by weight of cement and pointed with cement 1:3 etc completed 10m2 7 Towards Door Repair OR Replacement workincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 8 Towards Window Repair OR Replacement workincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 9 Bala Painting Special design Art work with first class quality emulsion paint including wall putty ,Primng coat etc.complete . etc., complete complying withstandard spcification. 10 Distembering two coats with best approved colour withPrimingCoatover the new plastered surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other labour charges etc complete.For INNER WALL and Ceiling 11 Painting TWO coats of Emulsion Paints with best approved first quality of cement paints of approved colour over the One coat of prime coat, etc., complete complying withstandard spcification. 12 Painting TWO coats of new/old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete complying 13 Painting TWO coats of Black Board paints with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete complying 14 Towards cost and Supply of Cuddapah slab including all other chargesetc., complete complying 15 Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 16 Plastering with cement mortar 1:4mixto12mmthick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete. 17 Distembering two coats with best approved colour withPrimingCoatover the 18 Providing Cup-board Shutter with frame using termite / waterproof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed inthe outsideof the shutter using fevicol along with necessaryfurniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt,handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by theDepartmental Officers.
