Tender For Extension Of Control Room And Other Civil Work At 33/11 Kv Sub-Station Dewa, District Barabanki - 1. All work shall be executed according to the approved drawings and specifications.2. The quantities in the BOQ are tentative and may vary as per requirement at site for which no claim or compensation shall be considered.3. Rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all profit, taxes, and contingencies that may be encountered at site. Only GST shall be paid extra as applicable.4. The drawings and design including architecture, services,3D & elevation shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost and contractor will have to get it approved from department, Nothing shall be payable in this regard.5. Safety norms must be followed by the contractor according to the labour law. In case of any accident all the liabilities shall be borne by the contractor.6. Any recovery proposed shall be recovered from the contractor.7. Contractor will have to submit programme for all construction activities at the time of commencement of work.8. In case of maintenance and repair work, contractor will have to submit approprieate photographs of the same i.e. before commencement of each particular work and after completion of each particular work.
