New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ). 13 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead. 14 P&F rigid PVC Pipe (IS:4985 mark) class II/ (4 Kg. /Cm2.) approved quality /makeincluding joining the pipe with solvent cement rubber ring and lubricant.110 mm dia 15 Providing & fixing ms sheet single leaf door shutters in angle iron frame 35x35x35 mm suitablly diagonally braced with 25x3 mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50x5 mm beading extra including all fittings as per directions of engg incharge but excluding coes of chokhats including two coats of anti corrastie red oxide primer paint. MS sheet 20 SWG. Add extra double leaf shutters.
