School Itauva, Block-Arthuna, (State Budget Head) (Modified Budget Announcement 2024-25) District -Banswara (Raj.) - 1 PART-A (Civil Work) Integrated PWD BSR 2022 Rajasthan 2 Dismantling stone slab roofing over wooden karries and battens (dismantling karries and battens to be paid for separately) including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead: 3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) includingdisposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 mm, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed : All kinds of soil. 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete in spcified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level 1:4:8(1 cement:4 Coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 5 Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 insuperstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in allshapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 6 Centering & Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting propping, bracing both ways with steel props and removal of formworks for upto floor five levelfor suspended floors, roofs, landings staircases balconies, girders, cantivlevers bands,coping bed plates anchor blocks sill, chajjas, lintel beams, beams, plinth beam etc. 7 Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including strengthening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding including cost of binding wire all complete up to floor five level.(original producers who manufacture billet directly from iron oras and role the bilets to produce steel conforming to IS:1786) TMT Bars(CONFORMING OF RELEVENT IS CODE) 8 Providing and laying in position specified grade ofcement concrete for RCC structural elements upto floor five level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcementfor Beams, suspended floors, roofs, griders having slopes up to 15º, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain windows sills, staircases and spiral staircases etc. M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix 9 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 20 mm thick Sqm 10 Grading For roof water proofing tratment with water proofing compound cement concreate 1:2:4 (1cement :2coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 11 Providing &Laying broken glazed tiles on roof (broken glazed tiles not less than 9kg/sqm ) on top of hot bitumen @.30 kg/sqm of VG-10 (80/100 grade) and joints filled with cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement :2 sand) mixed with water proofing Compound all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 12 Dismantling stone slab/ terrazo chip flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead. 13 Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurrmixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) For area of each slab from 901 to 2000 Sq.Cm : 14 Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm). 15 Provinding and fixing on wall face PVC pipes (IS:1626 Part-I Mark) of approved make with wooden plugs and MS clamps, jointing with spun yarn and soaked in bitumen and cement mortar (1:2) complete including making good the wall 100 mm Length 3 meter.
