Tender Document For Annual Maintenance Contract Of 40G Fiber Network Connectivity Between Cp Office, Thane To Hajuri Data Center=2 One Year AMC Passive components-10 Km fiber cable over the air. 12 core single mode armoured fiber cable. 2 different path to maintain the High Availability.3 Point Of Presence-Hajuri ICCC datacentre, CP office & TMC HO• 1st path is from Hajuri ICCC datacentre to CP office Server room via Almeida Road• 2nd Path is from Hajuri ICCC datacentre to CP office via Saket road• 10G from Hajuri ICCC datacentre to TMC HO.• LIU, HDPE pipes, Conduits, Junction box/Distribution box, Patch cables etc. used as per need• All measurements for preventive maintenance for Fiber link shall be carried out.• Any defects observed in the Fiber cable or in any of the associated equipment shall be attended and rectified. 3 One Year AMC Active components• Layer 3 24 port Fiber switches (2 nos) in HA at Hajuri ICCC datacentre.• Layer 3 24 port Fiber switches (2 nos) in HA at CP office Server Room. 4 One Year Support -• Dedicated L2 resource will be stationed at Hajuri/TMC. (8 hours a day, 6 days in week except national/calendar holidays)• Network Monitoring application renewal• Monitoring of the Fibre link, Uptime/Downtime, Health of 3 Sites and 4 Layer 3 Network Switches.• Monthly/Quarterly review reports to TMC IT department.
