All the required gaskets of RC 70C grade and governed by IS 4253b to be supplied by the contractor 100MVA Auto transformer 3 Labour charges for painting including supply of branded aluminium paint for 100MVA Auto transformer 230KV class 4 Labour charges for overhauling and rewinding of fans including replacement of bearings, shafts, washers etc., 5 Aircel testing and commissioning ,testing of aircell and by air compressor/nitrogen/dry air rectifying punctures with appropraite adhesives and commissioning including repalcement of gaskets 6 Labour Charges for erection of 100 MVA Auto transformer with turrets all accessories like HV/LV Bushings, cable termination box, cooler bank A frame, marshalling box, cooler control cubicle, RTCC panel, radiators , conservator,oilPipelines ,fans,Pumps and all accessories which ever is necessary for successful commissioning of transformer including crane charges 7 Labour chargers for earthing of 100 MVA Auto transformer tank and netural at 2 points, Marshalling box, DM box,Cable box,RTCC panel,etc.,( including cost of MS flat supplied by the contractor ) 8 Supply fabrication and provision of light sectionmaterials including 125x65 MS channel, various sizes of angles and other pump pipe line supports panel bottom frames and fan frames and dummy plates of appropriate size whereever necessary. 9 Supply and provision of M8,M9,M10,M12, & M16full thread GI bolt &nuts & washers GIvarious sizes for wherever required and as dircted by the field Engineer. 10 Labour charges for earthing of cooler fans and oil pumps of Auto transformer using bare copper wires including cost of copper wires 11 Fixed charges for provision of 20 kL spare tank 12 Labour charges for cleaning of old/ released transformers including supply of washing and cleaning of materials for 230KV Auto transformer 13 Labour Charges for oil filling in the Transformer tank. 14 Labour charges for transformer oil circulation in main tank and OLTC under Hot oil circulation, vaccum drying wherever applicable and circulation of oil till satisfactory results are obtained before commissioning. 15 Fixed charges for provision of filter machine. 16 Labour charges for laying of control cable upto 8 core. 17 Labour charges for laying of control cable above 8 core. 18 Supply & fixing of disconnected type terminal block suitable for CT circuits in panels/box as required and as directed by the field Engineer. 19 Supply & fixing of mounting channel suitable for CBTM 5 terminal block in panel/box as required and as directed by the field Engineer. 20 Supplyand provision of ISI marked glands on all cable ends including drilling of panel gland plates wherever necessary - 19 mm 21 Supplyand provision of ISI marked glands on all cable ends including drilling of panel gland plates wherever necessary - 25 mm 22 Supplyand provision of ISI marked glands on all cable ends including drilling of panel gland plates wherever necessary - 28 mm 23 Supplyand provision of ISI marked glands on all cable ends including drilling of panel gland plates wherever necessary - 32 mm 24 Supply & termination of cable end including cost of cable socket,lug,ferrules,strap etc., as per cable schedule 25 Labour charges for intrnal wiring of Auto transformer including repacement of old cable,laying of new cable, bunching,routing,etc for connecting bucholtz relay, PRV, OSR, OTI,WTI,MOG,oil and winding indicators fans,pumps,flow meters and bushings CTs 26 Labour charges for skilled Man Power Assistance during Bushing CT testing, Pre commissioning testing of Auto Transformer 27 Labour charges for skilled man power for 100MVA bushing Tan Delta, Bushing CT test and other routine testing. 28 Labour charges for making panel cutout and mounting of Differential relay or any other auxiliary relays annunciator, facia type etc RTCC panel or other panels using panel cutter 29 Hire charges for crane for additional and re assembly of accessories due to any defects/oil leakages and others. 30 Labour charges for erection 75 mm busbars with bends (Under LC Condition) 31 Hire charges for transportation of empty Oil drum, control cable and busbar (75 mm)(upto 100KMs) 32 Supply and erection of HV bushing connectors 33 Supply and erection of LV bushing connectors 34 Switchend clamp for double Zebra 35 PG clamp for Zebra 36 GST for bidders within TamilNadu 37 SGST 38 CGST 39 GST for bidders outside TamilNadu (IGST)
