Upkeep & Maintenance of Community Hall.Sub Head: Comprehensive housekeeping of Community Halls in Sector-7, 8, 15 & 16 Rohini for the year 2025-26.; 1 Manual, sweeping/cleaning/dusting all types of covered area, doors, windows and all types of fittings and fixtures of all floors to be scrubbed and well cleaned. The work also include collection disposal of garbage/waste designated dumping ground complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Sector-7 3 Sector-8 4 Sector-15 5 Sector-16 6 Manual, sweeping/cleaning/dusting all types of roads,foothpaths, parking open space, collection and disposal of garbage/waste to the designated dumping ground complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 7 Sector-7 8 Sector-8 9 Sector-15 10 Sector-16 11 Deployment of Highly skilled & Unskilled labour for maintenance work whenever required as per Direction of Engineer-in-charge(a)1 CARPENTER (2nd class) along with 1 helper who is capable of doing miscellaneouswork like door & window repair, wooden/aluminium repair work, glass work etc. all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 12 Deployment of Highly skilled & Unskilled labour for maintenance work whenever required as per Direction of Engineer-in-charge(b)1 fitter (2nd class)/plumber along with 1 helper who is capable of doing miscellaneous work like sanitory work, pipe work, changes of taps, etc. all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 13 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. 14 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge.(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):(a)With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) 15 Providing and fixing uplasticised PVC connection pipe with brass unions :30 cm length(a)15 mm nominal bore 16 Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete.Flexible pipe(a)32 mm dia 17 Providing Stainless Steel bib cock 15mm 18 Providing Stainless Steel Angle valve 15mm 19 Providing Stainless Steel pillar cock 20 Total of DSR items (item no 1 to 8) ₹ 28,17,396.36A 21 Total of Market Rate items (item no 9 to 11) =₹ 29,235.00B 22 Total amount after applying GST correction factor @0.973 on A=₹ 27,41,326.66C 23 Add cost index @ 3% on C = ₹ 82,239.80 D 24 Total(B+C+D) ₹ 28,52,801.46
