Agreemental-A[Rate-IV] (Working of 8 hrs. per man per day will be considered as one manday)[Please see NIT for wage estimate details] 2 Engagement of 02 nos. Agreemental-B[Un-skilled] workers (Working of 8 hrs. per man per day will be considered as one manday)[Please see NIT for wage estimate details] 3 Engagement of 02 nos. Non-Agreemental[Un-skilled] workers (Working of 8 hrs. per man per day will be considered as one manday)[Please see NIT for wage estimate details] 4 Engagement of 01 no. supervisor@Rs.18,500/- per month for supervision of the job.[NOTE: Supervisors wage includes variable DA for entire contract period + agencys PF & ESI contribution only][Please see NIT for more details] 5 Engagement of Agreemental-A,B,Non-agreemental workersfor extra hours over and above normal duty hours for exigency work, shut down, over hauling period (if required) etc.EXPENDITURE LIMIT for OVERTIME is Rs.1,99,939.00/- (exclusive of GST) for 02 years period. [Based on wage estimate w.e.f.01.01.2025]NOTE: There will be no overhead/profit applicable on over time performed by the workers. Over time rate escalation to be reimbursed accordingly w.e.f. 01.01.2025 (if admissible only). [Bidder needs not to quote against this item cell i.e item sl.no.5 as the amount Rs.1,99,939/- will be added in the total amount at par] 6 EXPENDITURE LIMIT upto an amount of Rs.59,261/- for 02 years period i.r.o. Supply of necessary materials such as consumables,tools & tackles etc. by the agency as per requirement of department as and when required basis. Supply of materials have to be completed within 07 days from the date of instruction and payment to be made at actual after supply of materials and submission of proper bills, Challan etc. duly signed by agency.(Maximum expenditure limit for cost of tools, tackles and consumables will be Rs. 59261/-. It will be reimbursed with monthly bill on production of original supply bill.)[Bidder needs not to quote against this item cell i.e item sl.no.6 as the amount Rs.59,261/- will be added in the total amount at par] 7 Expenditure Limit for Safety Personal Protective Equipments (such as Safety shoe, helmet, gloves, nose mask etc.) = Rs. 33,334/- (exclusive of GST) for 02 years period as per admissibility only. No ‘Overhead & profit’ shall be paid on this cost. (Maximum expenditure limit for cost on safety PPE will be 33,334/-. It will be reimbursed withmonthly bill on production of original supply bill.)[Bidder needs not to quote against this item cell i.e item sl.no.7 as the amount Rs.33,334/- will be added in the total amount at par] 8 NOTE: The bidder must quote the rate including total profit and overhead for item no 1 to 4 (i.e. manpower related items). No negative quote is allowed. If any negative quote has been found in case of item no.1 to 4 (i.e. manpower related items), the respective bid shall liable for CANCELLATION automatically.
