Tender For Periodical Services In Otm Accommodation At 58 Su Chimney Hills; 1 M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete 2 All as per item here in before but on ceiling complete. 3 M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices and applying one coat of oil emulsiondistemper complete. 4 All as per item here in beforebuton ceiling complete. 5 Complete removal of existing treatment of wall including cornices and applying two coats of oil emulsiondistemper all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 M&L Preparation of old painted surfaces of walls, chajjas, facia, column and roof projections and applying one coat of premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade and colour complete, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces and wood based material over 10cm in width or girth of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete. 8 M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces and iron work over 10cm in width or girth of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete. 9 M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices and applying one coat of cement based paint all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Complete removal of existing treatment of wall including cornices and applying two coats of cement based paint all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 M&L Applying 2mm thick wall care putty on wall/ceiling surface including cornices all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, italic or indian) nexc. 30 cm high all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
