    Tender For Maintenance Work Of Lekhpal Training School And Hostel Semrahan (Development Block-Rani Ki Sarai). - Clearing and Grubbing Road Land :- Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.Excluding G.S.T. 2 Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with a distance of 60 metres(200feet). DSR No. 13.88 Excluding G.S.T. 3 12mm. Thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & fine sand of 1.25 F.M. (SI No.-584) For Damage Portion (Hostel & Traning Centre) Excluding G.S.T. 4 Distempering (two coat)with oil bound distempering of aapproved brand & manufacturing of required shade on undecorated of wall surface to give an ever shade over I/c a priming coat with cemet primer of etc As per SI No-649+650 Excluding G.S.T. 5 Painting or vanishing on iron on iron works in small areas or new wood with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior ready mixed paint of clear syuthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.Paint to used should confirm to the As per pwd DSR No. 13.99 Excluding G.S.T. 6 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
