Providing prefabricated sandwich panel- PUF Panel comprising of two sides facing of PPGI (Galvanized Steel Sheets) and sandwiched between them CFC free close cell, high density rigid polyurethane foam (40-42kg/m3) having a thermal conductivity value of 0.023 w/mk and thickness 50mm. The outer & inner steel sheet of 0.50mm PPGI yield strength of steel 250mpa as per IS 14246:1995 having a Zinc coating of 125 gsm satisfying IS:277:1992, with top surface coated with 17 microns of polyester coating over and above 6 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet. The panels should be of required length and required width with maximum width up to 1190mm with continuous Sandwich Panel using Tongue & Groove. The prefabricated panels shall be fixed directly to the girth usingself drilling fasteners. The polyurethane insulation shall confirm to IS: 12436 .Work shall be carried out as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

For Roof panels with 50-90 mm thick Roofing panels having finished with 0.50 mm thick PPGI (Galvanized Steel Sheets) Hi-Rib sheet on outer side and 0.50mm PPGI (Galvanized Steel Sheets) Plain sheet on inner side.
