Providing - Fixing Of Shed For Installation Of electrical and mechanical Equipment At Pul Prahaladpur Sps Under Tughlakabad Constituency Ac-52.- 1 Safety equipments have to be arranged for the workers as the work has to be done at SPS Pul Prahladpur with proper safety men & machinery. The same includes loading, unloading & cartage charges etc. 2 Scaffolding arrangement at site of work this includes plates, balli, jacks, chain block, chain etc to & fro and its loading unloading complete & its dismantling after completion of work. 3 Making Fabrication of Tin Shed of size (14f t x 14 ft for pump & panel) & Tin Shed of size (12f t x 10 ft for store room) at Pul Prahladpur SPS :- Supply of Metal (metro) profile sheet of size 1070mmx16ft (5Nos). 4 Supply of Metal (metro) profile sheet of size 1070mmx14ft (5Nos). 5 Supply of Metal (metro) profile sheet of size 1070mmx12ft (20Nos) 6 Supply of Metal (metro) profile sheet of size 1070mmx10ft (15Nos) 7 Supply of MS Sq. Pipe of size 40x70mm 8 Supply of 12mm waterproof Wooden plywood for tin shed. 9 Supply of thermacol sheet for fixing in between the sheet and plywood to avoid heat in the tin shed. 10 Grouting the MS Sq. column pipe of tin shed with RCC materialupto 2 feet deep from the ground level for strengthening of standing structure. 11 Making fabrication of MS Sq pipe structure with electric welding and nut bolts for fixing of required profile sheets with the help of hook and screws & as required at site. 12 Erection of profile sheets on the MS Sq pipe structure with required hook, screw & electric welding etc as required 13 Making Fabrication charges of door for the tin shed by making proper frame by angles, hinges, MS sheet the size of door 3ftx7ft. 14 Making Fabrication of opening arrangement in the tin shed by making proper frame by angles, hinges, MS sheet etc of size 4ftx10ft in the tin shed at sump side. 15 Making Fabrication of opening arrangement in the tin shed by making proper frame by angles, hinges, MS sheet etc of size 6ft x12ft double door type/nut bolts type arrangement as required at site for taking out pump and motor from the tin shed. 16 Fabrication charges of windows in the shed by making proper frame, grill and doors in the window for proper ventilation etc. 17 Erection charges of thermacol seat between profile sheet & wooden plywood on the existing structure from inside with required hook, screw & proper support to avoid extra heat & cold in summer & winter seasons to give shelter for the working staff. 18 Erection charges of wooden plywood on the existing structure from inside with required hook, screw & proper support to avoid extra heat & cold in summer & winter seasons to give shelter for the working staff. 19 Leveling of floor in the tin shed upto 6 inch height will be built by high quality material including bricks, cement, sand and reinforced concrete(RCC) to ensure long lasting stable platform. 20 Earth work in surface excavation on plan including disposal of excavated earth disposal soil to be leveled and neatly dressed providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- all work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 21 Primer and painting of complete structure with two coats of anti corrosive paint after one coat metal primer. 22 Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. 23 SITC of 20 W batten LED Light complete with all accessories and tube etc. Directly on ceiling / wall including connection with 1.5 mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as reqd. Make: Havells/Bajaj/Crompton / any other approved make of DJB. 24 SITC of 100 W LED Flood Light for outside of tin shed complete with all accessories and tube etc. Directly on ceiling / wall including connection with 1.5 mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as reqd. Make: Havells/Bajaj/Crompton / any other approved make of DJB. 25 Supply of exhaust fan size 450 mm 1400 RPM sweep, Make: Crompton/ Havells / Almonard/ any other DJB approved make. 26 Supply of Ceiling Fan, 5 Star rating 1200 mm blade size with regulator make: Havells, Crompton, Bajaj or any other DJB approved make. 27 Installation of exhaust fan by making of opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required. 28 Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required. 29 cartage and transportation charges for the above work to be executed at site
