Renovation Of Rcc Building2class Room In Mashar Pues School At Mashar Panchayat; 1 Renovation of RCC Building2class room in MasharPUES Schoolat Mashar Panchayat 2 Chipping &Removing the damaged flooringwith cement mortor including all labour charges 3 Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification. 4 Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)Using anti-skid tiles (Observed Data) 5 Pointing with Cement motor 1:3 mix using water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers 6 White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed. 7 Colour Washing with best Distempering twoCoats in to primer coat and two coats with oil bound distember over cement plasterd surface ceiling and other Old surface and including clearing,preparing the surface and etc.,complete. 8 Painting two coatusing readymixed emulsionpaint of approved quality and colour overpriming coat (Old) including cost and all labour charges etc. complete 9 Painting the old iron works two coats with syntactic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including ordinary scraping using brushes and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) 10 Re Painting old wood work with one coat of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour including ordinary scrapping and preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer. 11 Black board Painting two coats over block board using ready mixed black board paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete.block board paint 12 Wiringwith2x1.5sq.mm.PVCinsulatedSCunsheathedFRLScopperconductorof1100VgradeinsuitablePVCrigidpipeonwallandceilingwithPVCaccessoriesandwithTWswitchboxand5AFTswitchwithpaintingofsuitablecolourfor open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (6 points per coil) 13 Wiringwith2x4sq.mm.PVCinsulatedSCunsheathedFRLScopperconductorcableof1100VgradeinsuitablepipeonwallandceilingwithPVCaccessorieswith150mmx100mmx113mmTWswitchboxfor15A3pinnoninterlockingwallsocketwith15Aflushtypeswitchwithpaintingofsuitablecolourwithcontinuousearthwireconnectionof4sq.mm copper wire for open PVC power plug point 14 Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48) AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp 15 18W 4 Feet LED Fitting with LED 16 Provision for RWH 17 Provision for Chappal rack 18 Supplying and fixing PVC Rain water down fall pipes of following dia meter etc., complete. 19 GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for total overall quoted amount above this row in column BB for all works in this package}
