Tender For Providing Facility Management Services At Commercial Building Elegance Tower.1) Installation Of 2 Chiller Plants Of Capacity 400 Tr Each. 2) Installation Of 2 Dg Sets Of 1010 Kva Each & 1 Dg Set Of 500 Kva. 3) Providing Housekeeping Security And Technical Services, Including But Not Limited To Electrical Systems Management, Plumbing Systems, Fire Safety Management, Cooling Towers, Cctv Systems, Boom Barriers Etc. 4) Common Area Electricity Cost To Be Borne By The Service Provider Approx. Rs.4.35 To Rs. 4.50Per Sq. Ft 5) Annual Maintenance Contracts (Amc) For All The Plant/Machinery & Equipments Including But Not Limited To Chillers, Lifts, Dg Sets, Transformer, Acb/Vcb, Etc. 6) All Mandatory Govt. Compliances/ Building Insurance/Nocs Required Including But Not Limited To Fire, Stp, Lifts, Pollution Including Their Respective Fees/Charges Etc. 7) All Spares, Consumables, Housekeeping Materials/Consumables, Major/Minor Breakdowns/Repairs And Replacements Of All The Plant/Machinery/Equipments Whenever Required Including Fire Engine, Stp Plant, Fire Line & Chiller Lines Replacement/Repairs. 8) In Case Of Breakdown Of Chiller Plant, Dg Sets Or Any Other Major Machinery/Equipment Backup To Be Provided By The Service Provider At Own Cost On Rental Basis Till The Machinery/Equipment Is Back In Normal Running Condition. 9) All Civil/Miscellaneous Work. Horticulture, Painting Work, Façade Cleaning, Façade Silicon Repairing, Water Proofing And All Wear & Tear Including All Breakages Etc. 10) Installation Of Any Additional Equipments/ Machinery Like Recd, Anti-Smog Gun Ete To Be Provided By Service Provider 11) The Service Provider Shall Be Responsible For All The Mandatory Compliances For Staff Like Provident Fund, Esi, Bonus Etc. 12) The Service Provider Shall Be Responsible For The Collection And Any Shortfall To Be Met By The Service Provider. Normally The Shortfall Is Of Apprx 5%-7% Collection Pertaining To Vacant Area Which Is Paid By The Owners As And When The Same Is Leased By The Owners.
