Dismantling and extraction of old worn out lights, hardware fittings, wires control switches, junction boxes , breakers , mcb, mccbs from outer and inner premises of pump house. Job further includes installation of 08 nos, 150 watt led lights along with 1.5 sq.mm copper wire (material procured on GEM). In addition, job includes supplying and fitting of electrical items viz 6 ampere switches- 40 nos, 3 pin 6 ampere sockets- 10 nos, 16 ampere switches-5 nos, 6 pin 16 ampere sockets-5 nos, Bakelite sheets of different sizes along with cutting for switch and socket. Supplying and fiiting of 25 mm dia pvc conduit pipe-50 nos having length of 10 feet each for electrical wire laying, tubelights 20watt- 20 nos., supplying and fixing of 32 ampere rating, 240/415 V, 10Ka, c-curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load -12 nos for main board. Supplying and fittingof 100 ampere rating MCCB -01 no. and 250 ampere rating MCCB -01 no. at LT control panel. Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS pvc insulated copper, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as 4.00 sq mm- 200 meter in length and 2.5 sq mm -200 meter in length. Supplying and instllation of 1200 mm celing fan- 01 no. Complete job includes cost of material, transportation charges and hire charges of tools and tackles. Supply and fitting of 01 no 800VA inverter, 150 ah tall tubular battery- 01 no, trolly -01 no and making connections and testing the same along with replacement of old worn out inverter and battery.The job involves engagement of machinery and tool/tackles for cutting and cleaning of bushes at premises of pump house, lifting of un serviceable material manually and also by engaging haydrullic crane. Finally, stacking the heavy duty material at safer place inside and outside of the pump house. The job includes transportation and suppy charges and hire charges of hydra carne for lifting , unloading and stacking of material.

P/Fitting of new 2 nos. temperature indicator (WTI and OTI) with control system in place of damaged. Connection of all the control system from Buchholz Relay and Winding of transformer to HT panel no. 1 to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the transformer with copper control cable 8-core 1.00 sq. mm 15 m length approximately with other fittings as per site requirement of any IS standard.
