Thorough repair renovation of electrical installation work of female dining hall at Calcutta Pavlov Hospital- 1 Supply of2 core 10 sq.mm XLPE/Ar. AL Cable(GLOSTAR / HAVELLS / KEI) in following manner as required incl. mending good the damages to original finish& painting as per G.S. 2 Laying of cable upto 2 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting 3 Laying of 2 core 10 sqmm XLPE/ Ar. Al. cable trough GI Pipe protection after cutting the concrete pathway of appropriate depth and width and mending good the damages to original finish as directed by EIC. 4 Supply & fixingcompression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture- proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cable incl. Finishing the end of following soldderless socket,crimping method, tapes, anticorrosive paste &jointing materials. 5 a) 2 core 10sqmm 6 Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. 7 a) 50 mm dia 8 S&F 250 V, ( 6-10)A per way, SPN MCBDB (2+12) way with SS enclosure double-door(Ivory White with IP-42/43 protection with DP Isolators as incomer and SPMCBs (C Curve, 10kA) as outgoing,on the surface of the wall with fastners & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment as per GS. INCOMING-40A DP MCB OUTGOING 12Nos. 6-10A SPMCB(Make :Legrand ) (Schedule item no.-13 Page No.- D-9 respectively) 9 Distribution wiring in 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit FR (Precision make), with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with Piano Key type switch fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board cum JB on wall complete with 2 no. suitable size “Ph & N” copper bar incl. bakelite/Perspex (wall matching color) top cover 3 mm thick and incl. 175mmx100mmx65mm inspection box, making earthing attachment, painting the MS box and mending goodthe damages to original finish. ( (Av. run: 10 Mtr).(schedule item no.- 2(e), PageNo.- E-14) 10 Do—do—do 5 amp plug point incl/ S&F of 5 A switch and 5A with plug necessary connection. (on board) 11 Supply of 240V. double LED tube light Fittingscomplete with all accessories (Make: Philips; Cat No.TMC 501 2XTLED) incl. supply of 2x 20W LED Tube light.(Nonschedule item). 12 Fixing onlyLED tube light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceilingwith 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supportsfixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed by 2 nos steel bullet fastner nut-bolt and other side connected with the suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated Cu flexible wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. 13 Supply & Fixing 240 V, 2 nos. 6A, plug socket with separate 2 nos. 6 A Piano key type switch, (Brand approved by EIC) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall/ fixed on wall incl. S & F 150x100x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required.(Nonschedule item) 14 Supply & Fixing 240 V, 20A, plug socket with separate 20 A Piano key type switch (Brand approved by EIC) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 150x100x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required. (schedule item no.-22 PageNo.- E-6) 15 Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in thepolythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required 16 a) 3 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) (2x6 Switch Board) 17 b) 2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC for power board 18 Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in thepolythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required 19 a) 2.5 Sqmm 20 Supply & Fixingheavy duty exhaust fan (Make-EPC) of following sizesincl.s&f AL louver shutter after making hole in wall and mending good damages and smooth cement finish etc. as practicable as possible and providing necy. length of PVC insulated wire and making connection. 21 a) 12 dia exhaust fan. 22 Supply & Fixing of 18 wall mounted metal body 4 blade 1420 RPM air circulator fans.(Make:- EPC) on wall/ceiling by S&F rag bolts, nuts & washers (6 mm dia x 62 mm long) or as reqd. incl. S&F 24/0.20 PVC insulated flexible copper wire 0.5 mt. length as directed by EIC 23 Supply & Fixing of 1200mm Non Decorative 1 Star Rated Energy Saving Ceilling Fan with inbuilt P2 Capacitor, Safety Cable and without regulator including provision of atleast 2 year warranty (Make & Model: Crompton - Riviera HI Speed or Usha-Striker). 24 S & F of socket type fan Regulator(Step type) (Brand approved byE.I.C) on existing sheet metal switch board with bakelite/perspex top cover by screw after making housing for regulator knob by cutting bakelite/perspex cover incl. making necy conncetion etc. 25 Add: GST @18% on total amount ofabove item (i.e. from item Sl. No. 1.00 to 18.00) as applicable 26 Add: LWC @1% on total amount ofabove item (i.e. from item Sl.
