Tender For Attending The Breakdown Work Of 500 Mva (Abb Make) Power Transformer At 400 Kv Subs Tation Pali Greater Noida Under Electricity 400 Kv Sub Station Division, Greater Noida Under Transmission West Zone, Meerut - Partially dismantling & safe stacking of emulsifier,damaged air pipe line, water pipe line and proper stacking of near by500 MVAT/F. 2 Complete draining out of the Transformer oil (Approx. 111 kL) from 500 MVA T/Fs Main Tankto empty oil drums including opening of valve and proper stacking of transformer oil drums. 3 Providing of Dry air plant/generator during the work of inspection/gasket replacement/bushing replacement and all other works in main tank of 500 MVA T/F at 400 KV S/S Pali Greater Noida. 4 Dismantling of 500 MVA Transformer’s allturret and bushing, Gear box ,inspection cover,4,3, 2 and 1dia connecting OLTC, pipe line and main tank pipe lines etc. for completion of work. 5 Erection of 500 MVA Transformer’s all turret and bushing, Gear Box, inspection cover, 4,3, 2 and 1 dia., connecting OLTC pipe line and main tank pipe lines etc. after completion of work. 6 Lifting of main tank body of the transformer , the scope of works involves opening of nut, bolts of Rim gasket of main tank body, jacking & lifting of top cover, Fixing of limiters and pipe stoppers between top cover and winding during replacement of gaskets then refitting the top cover after completion of the Replacement of gasket as per details at SI No. 7 alongwith other associate works. ( Labour, T&P , Crane to be arrenged by the cotractor at his own cost) 7 Replacement of Rim Gaskets. The scope of works involves removels of damaged gasket, cleaning of Rim surface, Fabrication of Rim gasket out of 20MM thick Rubber gasket of Konica/ Telbroze/ Nu-cork make having temperature beaging capacity around 380° C and fixing the gasket with adhesive at Rim surface 8 Replacement of damaged gasket of 500 MVA Transformer Main Tank by good quality rubberized cork sheet (Nitrile rubberized Konika/Telbroze/Nu-Cork make) as per followings details. (A) Providing, making and fixing of new HV bushing gasket 9 (B) Providing, making and fixing of new HV Turret gasket (Top & Bottom) 10 (C) Providing, making and fixing of new LV turret gasket (Top & Bottom) 11 (D) Providing, making and fixing of new LV bushing gasket 12 (E) Providing, making and fixing of new gasket of inspection cover (dia 10). 13 (F) Providing, making and fixing of new gasket of inspection cover 1200x600mm. 14 (G) Providing and making of the new gasket ofOLTC MOG. 15 (H) Providing and making of the new gasket ofOLTC conservator plate. 16 (I) Providing and making the new gasket ofOLTC indication glass. 17 (J) Providing and making of new gasket of oil pipe expension joint (dia 10) 18 (K) Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for C.T. inspection cover ofHV/ IV turret ( Dia 24). 19 (L) Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for Oil surge relay gasket. 20 (M) Providing making and fixing of new gasket for PRV of main tank. 21 (N) Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for 1” dia valve/ pipe line 22 (O) Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for 2” dia valve/Pipe line. 23 (P) Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for 3” dia valve/Pipe 24 (Q) Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for 4” dia valve/Pipe 25 (R) Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for 10” dia valve/Pipe line. 26 (S) Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for tertiary bushing. 27 (T) Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for tertiary bushing turret. 28 (U) Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for tertiary bushing turret joining from main tank 1350x400 mm. 29 (V) Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for OLTC top plate. 30 (W) Providing, making and fixing of new gasket for OLTC bottomplate. 31 (X) Replacement of different type nut, bolt of main tank, oil pipe line & stud. 32 Complete evacuation of 500 MVA Transformer main tank and filling of Dry air(dew point -64 degree C) or better in vacuum up to pressure of 0.25Kg/cm2 and the again evacuating the Transformer tank after required time interval (approx 12/24 Hrs) using centrifusing machine.The work shall including connecting pipe of machine as required measuring Dew Point values of Dry airafter every cycle till the required value is achieved. 33 Create vacuum inside the tank & filling the Transformer oil (111 kL) 34 Centrifuging of T/F oil and taking the IR/BDV value of T/F oil at an interval of 06 Hrs. or as per norm of T/F manufacture, after achieving the dew point value top up the centrifuged T/F oil at required level of Transformer (machine shall be provided by the contractor.) 35 Carriage of 20 KL oil tanker from 400 kV S/S Noida Sector 148 to 400 KV Sub Station Pali Greater Noida (Approx. 30 km) loading of tank with the help private crane in truck/ Trailer for 500 MVA Transformer oil drain. 36 Carriage of 50 KL oil tanker from 400kV Mauradnagar S/S 2nd to 400 KV Sub Station Pali Greater Noida (Approx. 75km) loading of tank with the help private crane in truck/ Trailer for 500 MVA Transformer oil drain. 37 Shifting, loading, sage carriage with packing and its unloading of 500MVA Transformer HV side bushings (01 no), IV bushing (02 nos.) and DM box with Gear Box 400 kV S/S Muradnagar 1stapprox 75 km at 400KV Sub-Station Pali Greater Noida (Crane and truck to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost). 38 Refitting of emulsifire systen on the 500 MVA TF. The scope of work involve shifting of dismantled part of emulsifire system such as pipe line, valves and accessories etc ( includingreplacement of any damaged part) at the site and connecting them properly with successfull operation of emulsifire system. 39 Supply & Installationof Quartzite bulb detectors (QBD) operate at 90 degree C sensing at rated temp for actuation of the element 10-12 sec. 40 Complete Testing of500 MVA TF which details is given below :i. Tan Delta with variable freq. of all Bushingsii.Tan Delta with variable freq. of complete 500 MVA TF iii. SFRA (Sweep Freq. Response Analysis)iv. DFRA (Dielectric freq. Response Analysis)v. DGA (NABL) 41 Dismantling of 198 KV LA ,Y Phase with structure by cutting of earthing strip etc and its re-erection and earthing including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 42 Dismantling of damage control cable in DM box,AuxillaryCT connection in Turret and Marshaling box and RTCC panel. Laying of new control cables fron RTTC to DM box and CT box to Marshaling box. Terminated at both ends withproper ferruling and as per drawing. 43 Painting ofMain tank of 500 MVA Transformer main tank and accessories with smoke grey enamel paint.
