1	CONSTRUCTION OF TICKET COUNTERAT CAIRN HILLCONSERVATION CENTRE AT UDHAGAMANDALAM
2	Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by thedepartmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

6	Plain Cement Concrete(1:4:8) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) under foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm sizehard , machine crushedgranite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. 7	Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
8	Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc.
9	Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)
10	Refilling with excavated soil (other than the sand) complying with standard specification for filling in foundation and basement
11	Supplying and filling in foundation and basement and trenches with CONVEYED GRAVEL with a lead of 3KM in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well watered,rammed and consolidated complying with standard specification etc.,complete.
12	Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

14	Supplying and installation of ALC Panels ( Autoclave Aerated Light Weight Reinforeced Concrete Panels) or AAC Blocks (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks) technically known as Autoclaved Cellular Concrete of 150mm thickpanels of approved makes for external and internal walls with necessary levels and finishings leaving door, window, ventilator openings providing with necessary lintel fabricated of the same block allowing electrical and plumbing modules with necessary tongue and groove joints as per the manufacturers specification till the structural framing level with necessary groove and support includes all joint grouts positioning clamps, etc.
15	Supply and fixing of insulated sandwich panel roofing sheets of 0.5mm to 0.9mm thickness top skin with A3105H16 for mill finish, H46 for pre-painted - GI of ASTM A653 or other equivalent standards like JIS 3302, EN 10326 / 10327, IS277 either zinc coating of G60-180 GMS / Sq.M OR G90-275 GMS / Sq.M with aluzinc coating of AZTM A792, and standand insulation with polyurethane injected foam (PUR) with top coat of RMP (Regular Modified Polyester) of 20 microns over 5 micron of normal epoxy primer which act as corrosion inhibitor with necessary liner (Backing coat with mathcing colour) to top coat of 5 - 7 microns and epoxy primer of 5 microns. The panel should have approved U-value on overall heat transfer coefficient.
16	Supplying and fixing of Saint gobin or equivalent shingles of approved colour with necessary adhesive on top of the concrete surface, preparation of surface, cleaning, wastage and necessary scaffolding.

22	Providing and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint approved colur and make ( ASIAN, BERGER, NEROLAC, ICI or equivalent) for walls over the two coats of putty and one coat of primer, including surface preparation, scaffolding wherever required, watering, curing, cleaning, covering the floors. Paint to be applied as per manufacturer\"s specification, etc, complete. All complete as per detail drawings and specifications.
23	Providing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colur and make ( ASIAN, BERGER, NEROLAC, ICI or equivalent) for new iron workover a coat of primer, including surface preparation, scaffolding wherever required. Paint to be applied as per manufacturer\"s specification, etc, complete. All complete as per detail drawings and specifications.
24	Providing and laying ofpre laminated woodenflooring of size not less than 600mm x 600mm width 10mm thickness over minimum 25mm thick cement mortar bed of 1:4 ratio to make up required finished floor level or adhesive of laticrete or equivalent make using 2mm thick spacers pointing the joints with matching epoxy based grout, inclusive of acid wash and complete.Prelaminated wooden flooring is optional for conservation centre.

26	Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Euivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of subtex nubby, square edge, glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 120 Kgs / m3, weight 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. Skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres.
