    Tender Details

    Bids Are Invited For Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC); Daily basis; Yes Daily cleaning : General Housekeeping: Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping of all rooms & floors, passages, staircases, lifts, room & dining area fixtures, furniture, walls / partitions etc. Cleaning and refreshing of toilet blocks and replenishing of ISI mark sanitary cubes, tissue rolls, Dustbin cover (Big and Small), facial tissues (M Fold) etc. Maintaining the checklists on hourly basis. Cleaning of all floor pantries and disposal of garbage by own whenever required. Cleaning of inner and outside glass windows, frames and blinds, Carpet, Porches with special tools / machine with proper safety (Because of Height). Cleaning of all electrical fixtures. “Cleaning of cubicles, desktop equipment’s and dustbins. “ Telephone instruments with disinfectant. Cleaning for reception area floors, fixtures & furniture, glass doors & windows etc. Any other general cleaning required within the said premises and surrounding areas. Maintain Checklist for the same. Thrice a Week cleaning Scheduled deep cleaning at all floors, i.e. Air conditioners grills, all lights and electrical fixtures, top, chairs scrubbing, glass cleaning with chemicals etc. Cleaning of all open plot and terminal areas, Drainage line, terrace, and dispose materials in Contractor vehicle if required. Maintain Checklist for the same. Minimum Total Area Considered = 8435 sqm.Also consider work mentioned in scope of work. Total Quantity :
