Tender For Periodical Services To Buildings In Tehnical Area At Af Station Bidar; 1 Schedules of Works 2 Preparing old decorated surfaces of wall surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Preparing old decorated surfaces of Ceiling surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Preparation of old surfaces by washing, rubbing down & stopping of distempered & painted surfaces, providing material and labour and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall white or tined (of approved shade) complete all as specified and directed. 5 Preparation of old surfaces by washing, rubbing down & stopping of distempered & painted surfaces, providing material and labour and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on Ceiling white or tined (of approved shade) complete all as specified and directed. 6 Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surface, providing material and labour and applying 2 coats of oil bound diistemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed. 7 Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surface, providing material and labour and applying two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade over a coat of exterior primer all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed. 8 Complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old treated wall surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of wall washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorecent salts and trading oil and greasy spots old treated plastered surfaces of walls & applying 2 coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Providing material and labour for 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall surfacescomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 10 Preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any discription over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, first quality complete all as specified and as directed. 11 Preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any discription over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, first quality complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Rewriting/repainting of existing writing letters or figures (block, Roman, Italic or Indian) with synthetic enamel paint n. exc. 30cm high, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 13 Taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc.complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Material and Labour for Rendering on walls, 15mm thick fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified.Note : (i)Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rendering to be carried out upto 9 mtr height.Various facotrs required shallbe included in the quoted rate. 15 Material and Labour for Rendering on walls, 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement in external surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Material and Labour for Rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick or concrete ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement in external surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Supply only Liquid based water proofing compound 18 Material and labour for, Preparation of new plastered surface and applying two Coats of cement base paint on Walls over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed. 19 Material and Labour for Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Material and Labour for Preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash in ceilings complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Material and labour for up rooting of tree roots, shurbs and other vegetation growth from brick wall surfaces by making holes as required, filling cavaties and with Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, including applying chemicals to arrest further vegetation growth, complete all as specified and as directed.
