Renovation And Up Gradation Of Electrical Cables And Other Damaged Electrical Items With New Accessories For Ck-Cl, Bl, Bk, Ak,Al Blocks Within Ward No-29 Under Bmc.- 1 Particulars 2 Dismantling of steel tublar pole /C.I Pole in C.C foundation including excavated filling of holes restoring surface lading at site and unloading another site and caring thr same for shifting of existing pole as per direction of EIC. 3 Patch repairing of Top Portion of damaged steel tubular pole by inserting of M.S. Pipe Sleeve up to dia. 88.5mm. 5-6mm. thicknessupto 1 mtr. Length by necessary electric welding and proper restoration of original size of the pole with arrangement of all tools and tackiest as per direction of EIG. Ref: B.M.C 4 Repairing the existing steel tubular pole at the bottom portion by insertion of M.S. Pipe sleeve uptodia 165mm length 762mm. of 5-6mm. thickness to match the original pole by means of electric welding including painting the repaired portion with red oxide including of all tools & _ tackles as per direction of E.I.C. Ref: B.M.C. 5 Supplying of Swaged Steel Tubular pole (IS 2713, Pt. Length 15 mm dia x 65 longG.I bolt, double nuts & washer including supply of all meterials as per direction of E.I.C. 12 Supply and Fixing Sintex SMC/FRP proof type looping cable box on newly crected pole size 240mm x 130 mm x 95 mm depth having hingh front cover and kit kat fusenait one noinsulator 1 no. 4 way baklite connector for 2 nos compression brass ofland for up to 3 core 16 sqmm PVC/ aluminium cabe and haing lined with rubber gascate front cover with brass machine screwearthing terminal with long on steel tubular polenear base including supply and fixing of clamps with bolt and nut etc complite in all respect as per direction of EI 13 Wiring in 1.1 KV grade single core standerd FR PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire ( Brand approved by EIC) of following sizes in 25mm PVC casing -capping(Precision make) incl. necy.PVC clips, Fittings etc. 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) 14 Supply & Delivery of the following sizes 1.1KV grade XLPE insulated aluminium conductor armoured cable as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 with up to date ammendments. (a) 4 core 16 sq.mm cable. 15 Laying of one No cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth , with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8(Eight) no of bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed 16 Extension of existing 2-4 core, 6-16 sq.mm PVC AI cable about 1 Mtr. Length each by jointing with AI suitable ferrule by crimping method for connection with the pole box including preparation of the bed by necessary excavation of soil etc. complete (a) cable; 4 mtr. (b) heat shrinkable tube: 2 mtr. (c) 1st dia PV Pipe: 4Mtr. (d) AI ferrule: 4 nos. (e) Kacha rubber & adhesive tapes etc. 17 Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry ofXLPE/PVC Armoured cables as below. For 4 core 16 Sq.mm 18 Finishing of the XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable ends by soldering with cable sockets and insulated tapes etc. and making connection to switch, BDB and BBC etc. 4 core 16 sqmm cable 19 Supply and erection ofthe feeder pillar box will be made 2.64 mm. CRCA sheet with 50mm. x 50mm. x 6mm. M.S. angle frame, double hinge door, both front sides with stiffeners handle complete integral canopy & panel outdoor installation, after completion of total primer will have to be applied followed by two coats of finish paint (Synthetic enamel paint grey of approved shade) door sealing arrangement are to be made with soft rubber gasket of thickness not less then 3 mm. cable entry will be bottom only for which detachable type gland plate with punch holes suitable size of PVC armoured cable. The feeder pillar box will have earth bus made from G.I. plate of size 25mm. x 6mm. Electrolytic grade copper plate of size 25mm. x 6mm. for phase & neutral will have to be provided & fixed on insulator & bus bar should be colored coated PVC sleeved, inter-connection between bus & components are to be made by 1.1 KV grade insulated copper conductor of suitable size, 2 nos. full threaded G.I. bolts, nuts, washers are to be provided on two sides of the feeder pillar box as earth stud, the overall tentative of the feeder pillar box will be 1200(H) x 700(W) x 450(D) approx with the following components. 63 Amp. 4 Pole MCB Siemens / ABB/L&Tmake 1 No. 16 Amp. 4 Pole MCB Siemens / ABB/L&Tmake 2 Nos. Contractor 70 MNX (L&T) make 1 no. Timer (L&T/GE 1 no. The enclosure shall be suitable IP 55 protection & two nos. danger plate to be provided on the front & rear door of the feeder pillar box. 20 Earthing with 80 mm dia G.I. pipe (TATA medium)x3.0 M long and 1x19/8 standard G.I (Hit Dip ,long 25 mm dia x 150 mm long galvanized bolt ,Double nuts , Double washers including socketing at both ends of startered G.I (Hot Dip) wire(one earthing of mast)& one Earthing from electrical equipmenti.e. total 2 nos earthing are required for each mast. 21 Supply and fixing of 100Amp 415V TPN (with fuse on L & N) Main switch in sheet steel encloser on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc including earthing.
