Tender For Strengthening The Road From Nathamedu-Solaganur Road 1/5-2/1; 1 Construction ofAnganwadi building at Kappur Colony in Kappur Panchayat. 2 Clearing the scrub jungles including all labour charges for burning or burrying etc complete. 3 Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20A including cost of all labour materials, tools, equipments and all incidental charges and sheeting, shoring 4 LayingUS GRAVEL including cost and conveyance and stacking at site to departmental gauge for taking pre measurements by departmental officers and including labour charges for spreading the gravelas per standard specification etc. complete. 5 Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. 6 Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal@20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Plant Mix method). 7 Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.Tsurface to an average thickness ofof 50mm using 45mm IRC size HBG metal 8 Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it. 9 Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 3 Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., 10 BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25, 30/40 MMTHICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5 11 Provision of 15 nos of rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15 - 20 mm high at centre, 250 mm wide placed at 1 m center-to-centre at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking paint. 12 Painting lines, dashes, arrows, etc. on roads in two coatson new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminous/concrete surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1702 13 Provision for KM Stones. 14 Cost and supply of sign board 15 Provision for HM Stones. 16 Provision for Nameboardcharges 17 Provision for photographic charges 18 GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for total overall quoted amount above this row in column BB for all works in this package}
