    Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, and Installation of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Office Space; Supply installation commissioning of equipments and devices for storage; Buyer --1. Providing compactors made out of 0.8mm thick CRCA steel conforming to IS: 513 Gr. D each unit have 4 loading levels formed by 3 nos . adjustable shelves . body units are bolted to under carriage . optimizer height form ground is 2080 mm (1980 body + 65 undercarriage +35 channel system) the body I /c shelves are given antirust surface treatment & are powder coated with epoxy polyester powder. It involves treatment consisting of hot water rinse. Knock of degreasing, Cold-water rinse, phosphating ,cold water rinse , passivation & dry off oven treatment. Final finish consists of epoxy polyester powder coating of approved color & shade with a dry film thickness of minimum 40 microns . The testing of paint is done for various physical & chemical properties as per IS: 101. The material is the oven backed with a controlled temperature of 180 deg. C . to 200 deg . C. it is made of 0.8 mm thick CRCA steel conforming is IS : 513 Gr . D or DD its max load bearing capacity is 80 kg uniformly distributed per shelves are mounted on support bracket & shelf level can be adjusted at approx.… 25.4 pitch . There are 3 adjustable shelves per body given per body given 4 loading levels , if bi cradle pair is provided the under carrying is a welded frame made of HR sheet 3.15 mm thick conforming to IS : 10748 suitably fabricated to take the loads based on configuration . A centralized locking arrangement is provided through locking stiffener mounted on to back of single last unit so that it gets locked on channels when all the units are brought together.
