Tender For Electrical installation annual maintenance contract At Kishore Bharati Krirangan, Annual Day To Day Operation And Maintenance Of Entire Internal And External Electrical Installations Including Sub-Station, Four(4) Nos High Mast Sport Light Towers Etc Within The Premises Of Kishore Bharati Krirangan For One Year.For 12 Months - 1 Annual maintenance and operation of all internal and external electrical installation works and Sub Stations, Club House, Gallery lighting, Compound lighting, Gate light, LED/other Signage boards inside or outside campus of Kishore Bharati stadium, Garden lighting, Flood-lighting, Highmast lightingincluding 4nos.High mast (Sport lighting) Towers, Air conditioner operation, and operation of the flood light setup & Lift operation during the progression of match time or as & when required as per direction of EIC.everyday including Saturday, Sunday & Govt. Holidays as per attached Terms & condition by deputing required number of Highly Skilled Electrician, Skilled Electrician,Semi-Skilled Electrician in theshifts per day as detailed given belowfor for the period of 12 (twelve) months.In the Public interest E.I.C may change the shift allocation of Highly skilled/Skilled/Semi-skilled Electrician from one shift to another. 2 Charges for providing 1no. Highly Skilled Electrician per day for 1no. Shift per day on all days in Shift-2 (from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.)--1noas per attached terms & conditions. 3 Charges for providing Skilled Electricianin Shift-1 (from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.)--1no. and in Shift-2 (from 3p.m. to 11.00 p.m.)--2nosas per attached terms & conditions. 4 Charges for providing Semi-Skilled Electrician inShift-1 (from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.)--1no. and in Shift-2 (from 3p.m. to 11.00 p.m.)--1noas per attached terms & conditions. 5 Providing additional man power for Play day or other events as and when required as per direction of EIC 6 Skill Electrician: 01 No 7 Semi-Skill Electrician: 01 No. 8 Providing Lift Operator cum attendent for Play day or other events as and when required as per direction of EIC 9 Semi-Skill Man Power:- 01 no. 10 Supply& delivery 415V 2 KW Compact quartz metal halide lamp having luminoius efficacy of not less than 105lm/W, CCT-5600K, Cap-base:- cable etc.(Make-Philips model no.-MASTERMHN-SB 2000W/956 400V K12s-7 WH HO). 11 Supply& delivery of Ignitor for2 KW MH lamps (Make-Philips/Ledvance ) 12 Supply and delivery of 415V, 2KW copper ballast (Make-Philips/LT/Bajaj) 13 Add. G.S.T.@ 18% on total value. 14 Add. LWC.@ 1% on total value
