(a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shutteirng as per decision & direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Ordinary cement Concrete (1:2:4)graded stone chips (20mm size) excluding shuttering etc.a) River bazree 3 Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame exluding cost of concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.S clamps. (a) Sal Siliguri. 4 Glazed shutters of doors, windows, fan light, clerestory windows etc. as per design (with ordinary glass of 7.4kg./sq.m. 3mm. Thick) fitted with putty bed and teak woodbead and nails including fitting and fixing shutter in position but excluding the cost of hinges and other fittings. cost of glass, putty, wooded beads etc.will be paid separately.(i) 35mm thick shutters.(b) Sishu, Gamar, Champ,Badam,Bhola. 5 M.S. clamps for door and window frame made of flat bent bar, end bifurcated with necessary screws etc. by cement concrete (1:2:4) as per direction.(a) 40 mm x 6 mm x 250 mm. 6 Iron socket bolt of approved quality fitted and fixed complete.(a) 150 mm lonh x 10 mm dia 7 Anodised aliminium D-type handle of approved quality manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S. specification.(a) With continuous plate base. (i) 100 mm grip x 10 mm dia 8 Iron butt hinges of approved quality fitted and fixed with steel screws, with ISI mark.(i) 100mm. X 50mm. X 1.25 mm. 9 Iron hasp bolt of approved quality fitted and fixed complete (oxidised) with 16mm dia rod with centre bolt and round fitting.(a) 300 mm long. 10 Supplying best Indian sheet glass panes set in putty (as per I.S specification) and fitted and fixed withand nails.i) 3 mm thick(weighing 7.40 kg / sqm) 11 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement morter including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosingand drip coarse, scaffolding / staging where necessary.(i) With (1:4) cement morter(a) 15 mm thick plaster(b) Inside wall. 12 Rendering the Surface of walls and ceiling with White Cement base WATER PROOF wall putty of approved make & brand. 13 Priming one coat on timber or plaster surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. 14 Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including including smoothening sand papering etc including using of approved putty etc on the surface if necessary.(a) On timber or plaster surfaceWith super gloss ( hi-gloss)i) Twocoats (With any shade except white) 15 Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturers specification and as per direction of the EIC.(a) one Coat i) water base interior acrylic prime 16 (Building) Arcylic Distemper to interior wall, ceiling with a coat of solvent based interior grade acrylic primer.(Two Coats) 17 Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencretesurface old ornew surface toreceivedecorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylicexterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surfacethroughly, complete as per manufacturers specification and as perdirection of the EIC. 18 Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturers specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost ofprimer.(Two Coat) a) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion. 19 Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A- Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materails.A) UPVC Pipes: (i) 110 mm dia. 20 B) UPVC fittings (a)Bend 87.50 degree. (ii) 110 mm dia 21 Plum concrete work with 40% cement concrete with 30 mm down graded stone metal and 60% stone boulder of size 150 mm and above placed in position as directed excluding shuttering if any.(1:3:6) Proportion. 22 Wash basin vitreous china of approved make (without fittings) supplied,fitted and fixed in position on 75mm X 75 mm X 75 mm wood blocks and C.I. brackets including two coats of painting of C.I.brackets. (i) 630 mm x 450 mm size. 23 Supplying fitting and fixing pedestal of approved make for wash basin (white) 24 Supplying fitting and fixing approved brand P.V.C Connector white flexible with both ends coupling with heavy brass C.P. NUT 15 MM DIA. (I) 900 MM SIZE 25 CP centre hole mixture with regular spout without popup waste system with 450 mm long braided hoses.
