Tender For Improvement Of Golamarajore Irrigation Scheme Within Block- Purulia-Ii, Dist-Purulia.Civil Works - 1 Cutting uprooting and clearing jungles including shrubs, water weeds, bushes, trees, plants, upto 30 cm. girth including removing as directed by Engineer-in-charge 2 Labour for Chipping of concrete surface before taking up Plastering work. 3 Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. 4 Applying 2 coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubber emulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with water in proportion (1 bonding agent : 4 water : 6 cement) as per Manufacturers specification [Cement to be supplied by the Department] 5 Extra rate for using water proofing and plasticising admixture @ 0.2% by weight of cement (or at manufacturers specified rate) for concrete of various grades 6 Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy 7 Sealing of crack / porous concrete by injection process through nipples complete as per Technical Specification. (b) Where staging is not required. 11 Supply of Stone/Laterite Boulder at Site (Quarries from Pachami) including cost of material, loading, unloading and carriage and including all incidental charges like royalty complete (Royalty certificate in original from concerened authority are to be submitted along with the bill)a) Pachami source (Each weighing 25 kg & above) 12 Labour charge for dumping / laying of Laterite / Stone Boulders / Shingles / Brick Bats, from stack of worksite with all leads and lifts in water or spreading the same on the slope of the bank of River/Sea or the slope of the embankment or in the River/ Sea bed to an uniform thickness as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all accessories and other incidental charges.(a) Boulder 20kg & above where boats are not necessary. 13 R.C. Guard postSupplying fitting and fixing R.C. guard post 1.37m long with C.C. 1:2:4 with graded stone chips of13.2mm down casting , curing complete including cost ofproviding 4nos.of 12mm dia. rod of length 1.54m as main reinforcement and 6 nos. of round shaped 8mm dia rods used as binders; the placing of the first binder should be at 75mm below the top finished surface and the other 5 nos of binders should be placed at 245mm c/c ; the guard post is of octagonal section with inscribed circle of dia 24cm at the base tapering to corresponding dimensions of 16cm at the top including two coats of painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and grade to form 6 nos. horizontal alternate bands in white/tannery yellow and black to 90 cm length standing up above ground after mending good damages if any during striking off shuttering, making hole in ground of 47cm depth and 30cm. minimum dia, fixing the guard posts in the same holes and repacking the earth properly so as to keep the guard posts standing properly erect in correct position true to line and length including carriage of R. C. Guard Post with due care to the site including loading into the truck and unloading at site complete in all respect. With Pakur variety stone chips 14 Earthwork in excavation in the canals / drainage channels / borrow pits / River bed / slope of bank as noted below as per designed section & throwing the spoils in layers of 25 cm. for making banks as per profile or to deposit the same in any other place within an initial lead of 30 metre and initial lift of 1.5 metre including breaking clods, rough dressing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
