Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Installations at FMDA Building inclding day to day scheduled maintenance, repair/replacement of worn out components ofAir Conditioning Units including filling of Gas in case of leakages, Distribution Boards which includes MCCB`s, MCB`s, ACB`s, VCB and other swithgear, replacement / repair of any Light, fan units, any switchboard/ switchboard component, provision of electricity point which needs to be provided as per the requirement of the workstation, running and maintenance of Diesel Generator and all other work contigent thereto for a period of 36 months.
