Tender For Conversion Of Grade A Type Flat (A-01) To Recreation Hall At Banks Officers Quarters, Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram Dismantling works Carefully dismantling and removing the following items from interior area of flat. a) Existing door shutters including frame of doors of bedrooms (2nos. of size 0.90 m x 2.02 m), kitchen (1 no. of size 0.80 m x 2.03 m), bathroom and toilet (2 nos. of size 0.75 m x 2.06 m) b) Existing kitchen window including frame and granite sill (size 1.14 m x 0.95 m) c) Existing ventilators of toilet and bathroom (size 0.85 m x 0.57 m x 1No. and 0.55 m x 0.57 m x 1 No.) d) Existing aluminium powder coated framed SS mosquito net fixed / sliding in the opening of balcony (size 4.20 m x 0.98 m) e) 115mm / 230 mm thick brick walls along with plastering, RCC lintel, if any as per the drawing: to combine the bedrooms, kitchen and hall, to rearrange / increase the area of wash areas and to provide new entrance etc. Approximate quantity of brick work to be dismantled is 4 Cum. f) All the existing internal-exposed/concealed plumbing and sanitary lines including wall pieces all fittings and fixtures like taps, stop cocks, shower, wash basin, closet, medicine chest, mirror, curtain brackets, traps, sunken area fillings etc. inside the flat. g) Existing tile flooring / wall dado / skirting/ plastering, including base mortar / filling/ back mortar in certain are of the flat by approved methods so as to expose the floor slab / brick wall without damaging the slab / wall. Approximate area of dismantling in the entire flat is 23 Sqm h) Existing kitchen modular cabinets below countertop, overhead and shelf etc. with granite top and ss sink - approximate quantity of dismantling is 3.75 Cum. i) Existing curtain rods above all doors and windows including brackets Rate shall be inclusive of thoroughly cleaning the surface using water, wire brush or any other approved methods, stacking the usable items and disposing off and carting away the debris out of the Banks premises etc all complete as directed by Banks Engineer. Note: a) Roof slab/ ceiling shall be supported with props arrangements, while dismantling the brick partition walls. b) For this item, the rate to be quoted for the entire scope of works mentioned above shall be as lumpsum. 1.00 Job 2 Earth cutting/ excavation in Medium dense soil 100 to 750 mm deep for foundation trenches, cut short the embankment, for bed concrete etc in true line, required profile etc, including back filling the trenches, spreading the surplus good quality earth within the premises in layers, consolidation etc. The rate shall include for excavating and removing tree trunks if any, cleaning the area, removal of debris if any from the Bank’s premises, etc. all complete as directed by the Banks Engineer.
