Sl. No. Item Description 1 Supply, Installation,Testing & Commisioning of IntelligentAddressable multisensor detector with inbuilt optical smoke sensors as well as additional heat detector sensor with decentralise intelligence, soft addressable Photothermal type with inbuilt fault isolator as per NFPA style 7 wiring complete with base as required. (Approval standards:VdS & EN54 Standard (Approved Make: Siemens as per exsisting panel). 2 .Supply, Installation,Testing & Commisioning of Addressable Manual Call Point( VDS /UL / FM / ULC approved )soft addressable type with in built fault isolatoras per NFPA style 7 wiring complete asrequired.(Approved Make: Siemens as per exsisting panel). 3 Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Addressable Loop Powered Hooter ( sound output of minimum 90 db )cum strobe (strength of light 10 cd)complete with inbuilt isolator & IP65 base and( VDS / UL / FM / ULC approved) approved. (Approved Make: Siemens as per exsisting panel). 4 Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of LED type Response Indicator ( VDS / UL / FM / ULC approved) having 2 Nos. red coloured LED lamps including connections etc (Approved Make: Siemens as per exsisting panel). 5 Supply & Laying of 2 Core 1.5 sq.mm FRLS shielded Copper Cable (For Loop) (Make. Finolex / KEI ) with 20 mm NB PVC rigid conduit pipe(Make: Precisson-Medium) on the surface of the wall. 6 NOTE :-1) The Fire Alarm system shall comply with latest requirements of--(i) National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards,(ii) IS 2189 ,(iii) NFPA 70 National Electric Code, (iv) NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm & Signaling Code , (v) Local Statutory Regulations , (vi) Manufacturer Recommendation. vii) System should be integrated with the components like FACP, Detectors, MCP, Hooter, Monitor Module, Relay Module, etc. and all these components should be of same brand. 7 TESTS :- 1) The system shall be tested and commissioned by a qualified competent, trained engineer or technician authorized by the manufacturer of the fire alarm equipment to technically supervise and participate during all of the adjustments and tests for the system. 2) Before energizing the cables and wires, inspection and check for correct connections, and test for short circuits, ground faults, continuity, and insulation and other tests as per applicable Indian/International standards must be done. 8 TERMS & CONDITIONS :- 9 The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/ submission of bill.If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules 10 Defect Liabibility Period 1 (One) year 11 Make & model of each and every material to be approved by EIC
