Floor Repair Works- 1 Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed. 2 Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defectivelocations and removing loose concrete bycareful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposedsurface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. 3 Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wire brush, applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound left for 24 hours, removing the coating and then applying two (2) coats of polymermodified anti corrosive protective coating formulated to inhibit the corrosion of reinforcement as per manufacturers specification] [Mode of measurement:The affected surface area of reinforcement shall be considered for payment] 4 Dismantling artificial stone flooring upto 50 mm. thick by carefully chiselling without damaging the base and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.a) In ground floor including roof. 5 Taking out Mirzapur or glazed porcelain tiles carefully bychiselling from walls or floor including stacking serviceablematerial as directed. 6 Post construction measures d)Antitermite treatment to the junctionwood work and masonary walls with chemicle emulsion admixing imidacloprid emulsifiable (42 ml in 20 liters) with water by weight including spraying at the point of contractwith the adjoining massonary by driling 6 mm dia holes as a downward angle of about 45 degree at the junction of wood and masonary and squirting chemicle emulsion into the holes at teh rate at half liter of ho;e . The entire work is to be carried out as per specification in table -1 para 5.31.3 of code IS 6313 (part-III)2013. The shutters are to be sprayed with chemicle emulsion. 7 (e) Spot application for insecticides using Aqua basespray for pest (for bugs, cockroaches, silverfish,spider, termites, mosquitoes) to walls and ceiling etc.with chemical emulsion by admixing chloropyrofosemulsifiable concentrates (1% concentration) withwater by weight including spraying the emulsifiedchemical @ 0.5 litres per sq.m. by a hand operatedpressure pump on wall surfaces, ceiling, electricalfixture,electrical lines including drilling holes inplaceswhere source of termite is detected squirtingchemical solution into the holes and sealing the holeswith cement grout. (Rate is per sq.m. of the floor areawhile actual work will be all walls ceiling, rack,partition and furniture). 8 (a) Applying 2 coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubber emulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with water in proportion (1 bonding agent : 4 water : 6 cement) as per Manufacturersspecification [Cement to be supplied by the Department] 9 Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips 5.6 mm size with hexagonal square mesh wire netting, I.R.C. fabric mesh or X.P. M. fitted and fixed after tying the existing reinforcement on concrete without distributing the same and with proper scarping and cleaning the reinforcement anddisturbed concrete with wire brush etc. after applying a coat of cement including the cost of wire netting I.R.C or X. P. M. & cost of all handling and scaffolding complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge.b) 25 mm thick 10 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface](i) With 1:6 cement mortar(b) 20 mm thick plaster 11 (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (c) 10 mm thick plaster 12 Labour for taking out door and window frame including shutter for repair or replacement of different parts of the frame & refixing the same including mending good all damaes complete.
