Dismantling/ Shifting/installation /minor servicing/testing & Commissioning of 2500 KVA KEC make transformer from Okhla STP SDW-II division to G.K. (South) BPS under EE(E&M) M-X Division Part A The 2500 Kva, 11Kv/440V Transformer At The Okhla Stp Was Safely Dismantled And Transported To The Greater Kailash Bps For Reuse. All Electrical Connections Will Be Safely Disconnected—This Includes Outgoing Ht Cables From The Ht Panel, Ht Input Cables From The Transformer, And The Lt Busbar Connections. Once Electrically Isolated, We Will Begin Dismantling The Transformer By Removing The External Components Such As Radiator Fins And Draining The Transformer Oil Into Secure, Clean Drums For Reuse. Using A Hydra Crane And Skilled Labor, The Transformer Will Be Carefully Taken Out Of Its Room, Ensuring No Damage To The Structure Or Equipment. It Will Then Be Lifted Onto A Tempo Or Suitable Transport Vehicle Along With All Dismantled Parts. Upon Reaching The New Site, Like Greater Kailash, We Will Reassemble The Transformer With The Help Of The Hydra, Reinstall The Fins, And Refill The Stored Oil Into The Conservator And Main Tank. Proper Alignment, Earthing, And Safety Checks Will Be Conducted Before Energizing The Unit. This Methodical Approach Will Help Us Ensure A Smooth, Damage-Free Relocation And Installation Of Heavy Transformers. , Part-B Cleaning Of Transformer Oil Tank And Removing Of Sludge Settled In The Bottom With The Help Of Vacuum Pressure Cleaning Machine Thoroughly, Cleaning Of Core And Winding Of Transformer With Hot Oil And Proper Safety Precaution To Prevent The Winding Damage As Required, Cutting Of Old Overheated Insulation Of Winding And Re-Insulation Of Weak Point With The Help Of Ht Insulation Material And Proper Taping Etc. , Replacement Of Top Cover Gasket Vertical Vent Gasket & Missing Hardware To Stop The Oil Leakage. , Replacement Of Salica Gel. , Checking & Matching Of Control Wiring Of All Protection Relays And Calibration Of Bucchlaz Relay And Protection Relays Testing The Same. , Complete Assembling Of Transformer Cleaning Of Complete Transformer Tightening Of All Connection Of Incoming And Outgoing Side And Testing & Checking Of Ir Test With Megger Of Winding & Cable Of Both Sides With Hi Pot Machine. , Repairing Of Lt Copper Bolt And Pam, Remettaling And Finishing The Same As Per Original Shape And Size. , Filling Of T/Oil To Up To Top Up Level As Required To Make Power. , P/Fixing Of Winding Protection Pad. , Repair Of Cooling Fins, Replacement Of Cooling Fins Gasket And Oil Seal For Stopping The Leakage. , Dehydration & Filtration Of Complete Transformer Oil And Checking The Die Electric Strength Up To 50 Kv At Site As Required. , Complete Cleaning And Chemically Washing Of Oily And Muddy Transformer Body And Painting Of Transformer With Enamel Paint. , Part-C Construct A Strong And Durable Foundation To Support The Heavy Transformer, Which Weighs Approximately 8.8 Tons. The Foundation Will Be Built Using High-Quality Materials, Including Bricks, Cement, Sand, And Reinforced Concrete (Rcc). Iron Bars Will Be Used For Reinforcement To Provide Additional Structural Strength, Ensuring The Base Can Withstand The Static Load And Vibrations Generated During Transformer Operation. The Foundation Will Measure 8 Feet By 8 Feet With A Height Of 2 Feet. Special Attention Will Be Given To Compaction, Leveling, And Curing To Ensure A Long-Lasting, Stable Platform. , The Transformer Is To Be Installed Outdoors, A Protective Shed Will Also Be Constructed To Safeguard It From Weather Elements Such As Rain, Sunlight, And Dust. The Shed Structure Will Be Fabricated Using Strong Metro Sheets, Metal Pipes And Angle Irons, Joined Securely Through Welding And Nut-Bolt Arrangements. The Shed’S Rooftop Will Measure 18 Feet, While The Front Elevation Will Be 17 Feet Wide And 18 Feet High, Allowing Enough Clearance For Ventilation And Maintenance Activities. The Roof And Sides Will Be Covered Using Weather-Resistant Metro Sheets. Additionally, Cable Trenches Will Be Created Within The Shed Floor To Accommodate Ht And Lt Cables Safely. These Trenches Will Be Properly Aligned, Sized, And Covered To Ensure Safety, Ease Of Maintenance, And Proper Segregation Of Power Circuits. This Complete Setup Will Ensure Safe And Efficient Transformer Operation At The New Location. , Making The Copper Earthing Pit As Per Site Requirement , Laying Of One Number Pvc Insulated And Pvc Sheathed/ Xlpe Power Cable Of 1.1 Kv Grade Of Size Up To 630 Sq Mm Direct In Ground Including Excavation, Sand Cushioning, Protective Covering And Refilling Etc. , Supplying And Making Indoor Cable End Termination With Heat Shrinkable Jointing Kit Complete With All Accessories Including Lugs Suitable For Following Size 300 Sq Mm Of 3 Core, Xlpe Aluminum Conductor Cable Of 11Kv. , Supply And Fixing Of 400 Sq.
