Tender For Annual Maintenance And Repair Of Residential Buildings In Colony Area At Ptpp Parichha - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.All kinds of soil 2 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 3 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. And covering the attended pipeline inside the wall by repairing the wall using concrete and plaster with necessary T& P all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. 52 Mending of leakages in damaged/rusted pipes in a bathroom by uncovering it out of floors/walls and replacing it with new pipes of same dia (Supplied by department) including socket, elbow, t-joint, valve, union etc. also including replacement of a leaking/damaged W.C. Toilet sheet by an efficient sweeper and properly placing and fixing the new W. C. sheet using concrete and plasterwith necessary T& Pall complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. 53 Mending of leakages in damaged/rusted pipes in a bathroom by uncovering it out of floors/walls and replacing it with new pipes of same dia (Supplied by department) including socket, elbow, t-joint, valve, union etc also including complete dismantling of the leaking/damaged W. C. Sheet, its P-trap joint and the connecting G. I. soil pipe by efficient sweeper and properly placing and fixing the new W. C. sheet using concrete and plaster with necessary T& P all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
