    Tender For Work Of Repairing Of 220 Kvisolator Box At 400 Kv Substation Banda - Repairing , aluminum welding and alignment of top plate of 220 kv isolatorbox made of aluminum alloy after dismantling of isolator box from the isolator of 220 kv Banda- pahadi line I&II , 220 kv Banda-Banda II line 3 Repairing , cost ironwelding with properalignment of gear box base plateof 220 kv isolatorbox the work included proper dismantling of gear box assemble and electrical connection . 4 Erection of isolator box with gear assemble on the box and fully electrical connection as per cable schedule , box earthling, alignment of isolator for proper operation of 220 kv isolator like open close from master and individual operation 5 Erection 220 kv PI in 220 kv Banda Pahadi line II with help of hydra in pi structure and clamp with 4 inch ips tube . 6 cable laying & termination of 2X 16 sqr mm aluminum cable from 220 kv DCDB source Ito 315mva ICT I LV siderelay and control Panel with proper gland installation work also included opening of trench cover and recover of trenches after laying of cable . 7 shifting of Different type of scrap & cable drum with the help of hydra/manualfrom yard to open store at 400 kv Banda 8 Earthing of different type of LA structure & equipment as per site conditions 9 Rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes. Taxes applicable if any to paid extra
