Work Of Overhauling, Replacement Of Packaging And Other Associated Works On 05-10 Mva Power Tfs Situated At Various S-S Under Edd, Lakhanpur, Agra - 05 MVA T/F at various 33/11 KV S/s under EDD, Lakhanpur. 2 Opening of all connections of 05 MVA Power TF as per direction of supervising Engineer. 3 Drain out of TFs Oil and Store in Drum for replacement of damage packing 4 Opening of 33 KV, 11 KV busing rod very carefully and removal of damage packing and replacement of packing and fixing of 33 KV, 11 KV busing rod complete. 5 Replacement of damaged inspection cover packing with new packing and fixing. 6 Replacement/Overhauling of tap changer. 7 Replacement of tap changer packing as per direction of supervising Engineer. 8 Replacement of LT side Rod 04 Nos. (Required material provided by the contracor at his own cost) 9 Replacement of HT side Rod 03 Nos. (Required material provided by the contracor at his own cost) 10 Radiator air release and valve Seal Replacement. 11 Replacement of Phase bushing packing LT side. 12 Replacement of Phase bushing packing HT side. 13 Opening of radiator and removal of damage packing fixing packing operator and fitting of radiator of 05 MVA Power T/Fs by help of craine and as per direction of supervising Engineer. 14 Equaliser pipe remove damage packing and dry foum fixing new packing. 15 Replacement of oil level gauge damage glass and packing. (Required material provided by the contracor at his own cost) 16 Centrifusing of T/Fs Oil. 17 Filling of Transformer Oil in ther power T/F after replacement of all required packing as per direction of supervising Engineer. 18 Replacement of WTI & OTI, diaphgram, Arching horn, Bucholzz relay, Breather with Silica gel. 19 All packing set complete made of cork sheet for 05 MVA Power T/Fs. (Required material provided by the contracor at his own cost) 20 Making of all connections of 05 MVA Power T/Fs as per direction of supervising Engineer. 21 Cleaning of Power T/F by the castic soda/required chemical Powder for removal of dust /oily surface. 22 Making connections of HT & LT with PG Clamps. 23 10 MVA T/F at various 33/11 KV S/s under EDD, Lakhanpur. 24 Opening of all connections of 10 MVA Power TF as per direction of supervising Engineer. 25 Drain out of TFs Oil and Store in Drum for replacement of damage packing 26 Opening of 33 KV, 11 KV busing rod very carefully and removal of damage packing and replacement of packing and fixing of 33 KV, 11 KV busing rod complete. 27 Replacement of damaged inspection cover packing with new packing and fixing. 28 Replacement/Overhauling of tap changer. 29 Radiator air release and valve Seal Replacement. 30 Opening of Conservator Tank by help of craine and removal of damaged packing, cleaning of surface, fixing of packing and fitting of conservator Tank. as per direction of supervising Engineer. 31 Opening of radiator and removal of damage packing fixing packing operator and fitting of radiator of 10 MVA Power T/Fs by help of craine as per direction of supervising Engineer. 32 Equaliser pipe remove damage packing and dry foum fixing new packing. 33 Replacement of oil level gauge damage glass and packing. (Required material provided by the contracor at his own cost) 40 All packing set complete made of cork sheet for 10 MVA Power T/Fs.(Required material provided by the contracor at his own cost) 41 Replacement of WTI & OTI, diaphgram, Arching horn, Bucholzz relay. 42 Cleaning of Power T/F by the castic soda/required chemical Powder for removal of dust /oily surface. 43 Making connections of HT & LT with PG Clamps.
