Tender For One Add Housing Construction Work Of Type-4 (Apar Chief Officer) In The District Panchayat Office Premises - Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 2 filling of earth in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not excluding 8km from the site of work and including watering dressing etc. rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work. 3 Concrete with 4cm gauge brick ballast fine of 1.25 FM and cement in proportion of 10:5:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 4 2.5cm thick Damp proof coarse with cement concrete consisting one part of cement, 1.5part approved coarse sand and 3 part approved 10mm graded stone agreegate and including water proofing materials as ordered by E/I. in the proportion as specified by the manufacturer.materials, labour and tools and plants etc.required for proper completion of the work. 5 Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre constructional antitermite treetment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the column Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 6 Class 150 brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 fineness modulus mortar in super-structure above plinth level up to floor two level ( up to two storeys )including necessary cutting and moulding of brickwork as required and also including honey combed brickwork in thickness of wall more than 12cms.including supplyof all materials, labour and tools and plants etc.required for proper completion of the work. 7 B/W in super structure 1:6 cement & Fine 309 Sand above plinth level upto floor two level(upto two storeys) including necessary cutting moulding of brick work in thickness of wall more than 12cm 8 B/W in Super structure 1:3 cement & Coarse Coarse Sand mortar in Superstructure. For 115mm wall. 9 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. Binding wire cost being included in the item M-20 10 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 colums excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGGI binding wire the including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials labour &T&P REquired for proper completion of the work. Schedule Item No. 285 11 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 (M-20) in Slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but B.W.G.G.I.binding wire and excluding necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc.required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item M-20 12 Mild steel or iron in plain work Such as reinforced concrete or reinfoced brick work(When not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured upto floor two level 13 M.S. or Iron work small sizes and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie, rod grating etc. brought to required form including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastages etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of work.
