Tender For Sasthamkotta Devaswom-Ettumanoor group –Pucca Repair and Maintenance to the temple Structures -- 1 Dismantling tiled roofing with battens, boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. 2 Supplying and fixing Anjily wood wraught and put up for roof members including cost and conveyence of materials etc. complete. 3 Supplying and fixing Anjily wood reapers of size 50x25 mm with wire nails including cost and conveyance of materials etc. complete. 4 Supplying and fixing Dept. wood reapers of size 50x25 mm with wire nails including cost and conveyance of materials etc . complete. 5 Supplying new teak wood reapers of size 38x16mm with wire nails including cost and conveyence of materials etc. complete. 6 Reepering with old and new department supply reepers 38x16 mm size with wire nails 7 Supplying MP tiles 410x235 mm or nearest available size with single groove 8 Supplying PWD /RP tiles of 150mm or nearest available size 9 Supplying MP hip and ridge tiles 400 mm or nearest available size 10 Roofing with new and old departmental M.P.roofing tile 11 Roofing withnew and old departmental PWD /RP tiles 12 Fixing the roof with new and old departmental M.P.hip and ridge tiles of approved size as per approved patterns on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement : 4 course sand) and finished neat completely, 13 Vallying with new aluminium plain sheet ( 0.40mm thick) of 450 mmwith 150mm overlap at joints excluding planks andincluding nails etc, complete 14 Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 15 Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re- pointing or re plastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 16 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate)finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate 17 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 18 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm. 19 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)
