Planning , Designing and Construction of precast RCC Residential building for57 DUs (As per Annexures)at Kurnaghat Gorakhpur including preparation of Detailed Engineering for development of Architectural , Construction and Structural Drawings etc ,structure analysis & design planning , designing & execution of services ie Topography survey, Soil investigation site clearance and site development , internal water supply ,Internal electrification work ,Road, Path and Culverts, External water supply , External Electric supplylift , sewage disposal , area drainage , compound wall, fencing Gates , , Lightering protection, manufacturing and supply of Built in Furniture,complete as per approved drawing and as per directions of Engineer-in-Chief . The work shall be executed as per detailed/technical specification mentioned in tender and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Besides, any other work/services/utility, which is not included above but essential for the completionof the project , the same shallbe deemed to be included in this item lump sum price worked out by the Contractor .Obtaining all statutory clearance and certification are included in the scope of work.
