(Hard Soil) 3 Collection and supply of Msandand filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete 4 Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete 5 Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mmISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete 6 Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x60cm x and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification. 7 Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x60cm x and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification. 8 Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x60cm x and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification. 9 Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost ofsteel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete 10 Brick work in cm 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand )using country bricks ground maded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm includingcuring,finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete. 11 Plastering surfaces of RCC itemssuch as slabs,beams,sunshades with cement mortar 1:3 -10mm thick including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades staircase ,steps, lands slabs etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications. 12 Plastering with cm 1:5 mix( one cement and five sand ) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications. 13 Weathering course with brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing , laying ,and finishing etc complete and finshed with one course of pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm with cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost andconveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm 14 Finishing the top of roof with one course of Pressed tilesconveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm 15 Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm includingcost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 16 White washing two coatsusing shell lime including cost and conveyance ofall materials to site and all labour charges etc comopletefor 100 Sqm 17 Exterior Emulsion two coats with best approved Plastic Emulsionincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 18 Exterior Emulsion two coats with best approved Plastic Emulsionincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 19 Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm.
