Tender For Repair And Renovation Work in Hostels At Rrti Ajmer - 1 PARTICULAR 2 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead: For thickness of tiles 25mm to 40mm. 3 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead. 4 Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengthening with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps :-(i) Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried.(ii) Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars.(iii) Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectureds specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush.(iv) Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day.(v) Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete.(vi) Cure the plastered surface for 15 days, All work including scaffolding etc. complete in all respect. 5 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.1: 3: 6 or richer mix. 6 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including rackingofjointsetc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick . 7 Grading roof for water proofing treatment withwater proffing compoundCement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 8 Finishing with neat cement (punning). 9 Providing and Fixing Unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) SWR Pipes Type B for sciland waste discharge system (IS:13592 : 1992 Marked) of approved quality /make 110 mm dia 10 Providing and Fixing Unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) SWR Pipes fittings type B for sciland waste discharge system (IS:13592 : 1992 Marked) of approved quality /make 11 Bend 45 Dg. 110mm dia 12 Door Bend 87.5 Dg. 110mm dia 13 Coupler 110mm dia 14 Single Tee 110mm dia 15 Multi floor trap 110mm dia 16 Filling of sunk portion of roof with earthen pots of required height including filling voids with 1:3:6 light concrete, using brick batscomplete levelling and dressing the surface by 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 as per specification. 17 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -M10 grade Nominal Mix1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 18 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes (IS 15778 : 2007 code) having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1 metre spacing.
