Civil Works Proposed Renovation At State Bank Of India.,Bbmb Branch At,Sunder Nagar.(H.P) VITRIFIED TILE FLOORING Providing & fixing vitrified tiles of size 600x600 mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3,and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles.The tiles shall be of premium quality double charged (first quality) of reputed manufacture i.e. JOHNSON/NITCO/KAJARIA/NIRO GRANITE. The work also includes dismentaling of existing floor/wall tiles or stone & removal of malba and disposal of the same away from site. 315 Sq.mt Cost of Tile Rs. 60/ sq.ft inclusive of delivery, Octroi, loading- Unloading at site and all taxes thereon excluding GST. 2 VITRIFIED TILE DADO & FLOORING in TOILETS Providing and laying 1st quality Viterified glazed/matt finish tiles 600mmx 600mm (as specified in Dado (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer approx 9mm) Water absorption of tiles shall be less than 0.5% and flexural strength (Modulus of Rupture) shall be more than 35 N/Sqmm. on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse) sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Approved makes( Nitco, Johnson, AGL, Kajaria,Sunheart ) Basic rate of tile: Rs 60/-per Sq.ft 78 Sq.mt ( Note: Work Incl.Dismentaling of existing tiles and disposal of material to contractors own dump.) 3 Granite flooring Providing , Laying & fixing of granite stone (Grey shade)15mm to 18mm thick in flooring/skirting treads & risers of steps,laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone. The work also includes dismentaling of existing floor/wall tiles or stone & removal of malba and disposal of the same away from site 22 Sq.mt 5 CIVIL WORKS i Dismentaling of Brick Work : Dismantling Brickwork manually/mechanical means including stacking of servicable material and disposal of unservicable material with in 50 m as per direction of Enginerr in charge. 10 Sq.mt ii Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./pvc/vitrious China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead. 2 No. iii Dismantling G.I. pipes (internal & external work) including excavation and refilling trenches / repair of wall after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stack
