The paint system shall have stable inorganic pigments for color durability. The product will be fastened using no.12-14x55 mm (or as per design requirement ), mechanically coated with 25 micron Zn-Sn alloy or hot dipped zinc coated with min 40 micron hex self-drilling fasteners with EPDM washer of approved make confirms to AS3566:2002 class 3-Colour Coated Galvalume/zincalume sheets for cladding 10 Supplying, fabricating, transportation to site and Fixing Galvanized Chain Link Fencing of 10 gauge G.I. Mesh, sizes 50 x 50 mm diamond pattern, fixed 75 mm below finished ground level / coping, including providing and erecting ISA 50x50x6 angle posts @ 2.5m C/C with cross support at every 8th pole & at corners and 2 nos 6mm dia MS bars at top and bottom with necessary U hooks, nuts and bolts, washers, total height of fencing @ 2.0m above ground including embedding the angle post in concrete block of 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.6m of cement concrete M15 grade including necessary excavation, and cleaning, preparing the surface, applying one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint of approved manufacture, brand, colour, shade etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. (first coat of synthetic enamel paint after fabrication and second coat after erection including touching up the primer coat) 11 Providing, fabricating and fixing M.S. grill work as per approved design and as per weight specified below to fencing / compound mades out of square / round bars, M.S. flats, angles, with necessary holdfast including painting with one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge-Mild steel grill of weight 20 to 25 Kg/sq. m. 12 Providing and applying synthetic enamel paint or flat oil paint in any requiered shade in 3 coats over a primer coat as per manufacturers specifications including scrapping, cleaning the surface etc. Complete. 13 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 14 Providing and fixing G.I. barbed wire fencing of 14 guage having 2 ply and 4 points at 75 mm c/c in the rows and with vertical supports as specified below embeded 0.45 m in the concrete block of size 0.3x0.3x0.5m, and 1.55m above the same spaced at 2.5 m c/c with inclined stays of the same material at 20 m c/c fixed in M15 grade cement concrete base block having dimension 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.5 m, including cross wires in each bay, necessary excavation, backfilling and curing etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge-With MS Angle 45 x 45 x 6 mm including painting with one coat of anti- corrosive paint, and two coats of approved enamel paint and 10 rows of Barbed wire.
