different Structure material by sorting them at 220 KV Gokul/Vrindavan.All T&P manpower will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 27 carriage of Structure (upto -5 MT) from 220 KV Gokul/Vrindavan SS to 220 KV S/s Etah under ETD mainpuri(approx dist-180) 28 Proper Safe unloading of different Structure material by sorting them at 220 Etah S/s.All T&P manpower will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 29 carriage of Zebra conductor (upto -.25 KM) from 220 KV saifai SS to 220 KV S/s Etah under ETD mainpuri(approx dist-150) 30 Proper Safe loading of ACSR zebra conductorat 220 KV Saifai.All T&P manpower will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 31 carriage of acsr zebra conductor from 220 KV Saifai SS to 220 KV S/s Etah under ETD mainpuri(approx dist-150) 32 Proper Safe unloading of acsr zebra conductorat 220 Etah S/s.All T&P manpower will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 33 Following Detailed of Work is to be done on132 KV Bay of Etah Jalesar line at 220 KV S/S Etah,under Etd mainpuri 34 Dismantling of 132 KV Line Isolators with 1 E/S HBB/TMG etc.makepost insulator after opening of nult-bolt,opening of jumpers,disconnection of control cable and shifting of dismantled isolator to store as per instruction of engineer/in charge. 35 Erectionof132 KV Line Isolators with 1 E/s of different make as per instruction Manual and technical specification with Post insulator,operating Mechanism box,tie rod,arms and proper alignment for smooth operation.this Work also included painting of E/S Mom Box With green Colour,Shifting of New isolator from store to site,termination of control Cable,jumper connection,earthing(Painted With green color) and all associated work for complete the job as per instructionof engineer/In Charge. 36 Dismantling of 132 KV Bus Isolators with 1 E/S HBB/TMG etc.makepost insulator after opening of nult-bolt,opening of jumpers,disconnection of control cable and shifting of dismantled isolator to store as per instruction of engineer/in charge. 37 Erectionof132 KV Bus Isolators/Section of different make as per instruction Manual and technical specification with Post insulator,operating Mechanism box,tie rod,arms and proper alignment for smooth operation.this Work also includes Shifting of New isolator from store to site,termination of control Cable,jumper connection,earthing(Painted With green color) and all associated work for complete the job as per instructionof engineer/In Charge. 38 Erectionof new132 KV Section isolator of 132 KV Main bus of different make as per instruction Manual and technical specification with Post insulator,operating Mechanism box,tie rod,arms and proper alignment for smooth operation.this Work also includes Shifting of New isolator from store to site,termination of control Cable,jumper connection,earthing(Painted With green color) and all associated work for complete the job as per instructionof engineer/In Charge. 39 Following Detailed of Work is to be done on Bus PT of 132 KV MainBus bar at 220 KV S/S Etah,under Etd mainpuri. 40 Erection of new BCT/BBL/Abl structure for 132 KV Pts/Isolators. 41 Dismantling of 132 KV Potential Transformer of 132 KV Main bus .This work includes dismatling of existing bct structure, opening of jumpers,disconnecting earthing flates and Cable termination ,opening of base nut and bolts etc.shifting of PT with the help of crane to ground and then to central store with proper stacking. 42 132 KV PT of 132 KV Bus. 43 Erection of New 132 KV potential Transformer (PT) of 132 KV Main bus .the work includes shifting of PT from store to work site,unpacking and erection of the same with the help of crane.Modification of existing base if required shall be included in the scope of work.proper earthing with MS flats has to be ensured.the work also includes connection and termination of jumpers with proper tightening of clamps and connectors and also termination of protection and metering cables from PT to PT-jb including laying of new cables as per requirement. 44 Laying of 4 core *2.5 sqmm size PVC copper control cable between 132 KV PT JB in 220 KV Switchyard as per drawing with proper tagging,termination connection both side,ferruling and dressing,blinding with clamp/clamp tie on cable rack in dressing,binding with clamp/cable tie on cable rack in tunnel and trench.the cable shall be passing through cable hall cable rack and tunnels rack and trench.the work also includes opening of trench covers and refixing them from trench after completion of work satisfactorily.
