| 2 | Design, Detailed Engineering, fabrication/ manufacturing, assembly, Inspection (as defined in bid document including TPI inspection) for supply of Natural Gas Smart Prepaid Meters based on any communication technology suitable for prepaid smart metering (excluding RFID)bidirectional (manual intervention either at customer end/ vendor end not acceptable)with integrated AMR, auto shut off valve(internal), etc including packaging, insurance, handling, preparation for shipment, transportation, loading and unloading at sites/ designated store and related services conforming to respective data sheets enclosed with tender, training, including inspection as per technical specification defined in tender on Annual Rate Contract (ARC) basis for 3 years.The rates against supplies covered under A.1 shall be valid for Three (03) year from the date of placement of order and shall be delivered as per written intimation/Release Order.The work include assistance during Installation & commissioning, all Services for Interfacing & configuration of all Prepaid Gas Meter installed at consumer locations for Smart metering; Smart automatic metering & Data Management System, Network charges, service provider connection (SIM card), integration with IOAGPL SAP/Suvidha Application and payment gateway system of Prepaid Gas Meter, cloud server (hosted on IOAGPL’s cloud) with software for metering data , application integration with IOAGPL’s Suvidha app to facilitate customer, system for customer alert via SMS and e-mail, activation / deactivation services through servers/cloud server, system for payment through web application, mobile application through IOAGPL’s payment Gate way, system suitable to provide metering data / recharge data to IOAGPL’s billing Server as per Service Level agreement, system to facilitate customer to top up account at a registered pay facility or by credit card/debit card through mobile phone/online transactions Dashboard for IOAGPL for monitoring & controlling, online price change facility, Data hosting at IOAGPL server, networking components, cables & other associated accessories and documentation etc. as per technical requirements/specification all related services including manpower, tools and tackles, suitable to provide Prepaid metering data to IOAGPL cloud server, training, as per technical specification. |
