    Tender For Repair Roof Of Concrete Over The Dg Shed Area Dismantling of existing damaged tiles: Existing damaged tiles removing work including floor chipping, mortar removing disposing the debris inside/outside the factory premises all as specified and as site engineer instruction directed, with all labour, tools, materials, etc complete Cool Roof Tiles: Supply and fixing WHITE colour - Cool Roof Tiles of existing thickness with required cement mortar to match the existing tiles & brand, joint packing with proper tiles grout inc tools materials etc Roof Water Proofing: Supplying and applying single component, Polyurethane hybrid emulsion technology, Dr.Fixit Roofseal Classic 665 as per manufacturers specification to build 3 number of coats as recommended by the manufacturer, including all necessary bye works like base preparation by cleaning, brushing and removal of flaky materials, grouting the porous area and filling the cracks with crack filler etc. tender specification and Engineer-in-charges instruction. Three years guarantee for functionality of this item shall be given by the Contractor. (Mode of measurement will be plan area). Water pond test shall be done after 72 hours of the application of coating as per the satisfaction of the Engineer.
