| 2 | Providing and grouting low viscous, elastic, solvent free & Non-shrink Polyurethane injection resin (Two Component Based) inside the underground tunnels/trenches, overhead water tanks & all other RCC structures of KGS 3&4 (wherever required) to fill up all inherent holes, honey comb & leakage/ seepage points etc. The job is inclusive of preparation of base, injection grouting of non-shrink polyurethane injection resin grout through packers/nozzles at a pressure of 2.00 to 4.00 Kg per sq. cm., cleaning the work area and disposing the waste and unwanted materials 2 to 3 Kms outside the periphery of the work premises etc. Complete all as per specification, as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all heights and lifts/elevations.Note: [1]The item is excluding erection & dismentling ofscaffolding, it will be provided by department at free of cost based on site requirement.[2]Polyurethane injection resin (Two Component Based) shall be as per technical specification 2A of Annexure-I of Additional special condition of contract. The job is inclusive of preparation of base, grouting epoxy resin injected through installed packers/nozzles at a pressure of 2.00 to 4.00 kg. per Sq. cm., cleaning the work area & disposing the waste/unwanted materials outside the periphery of the work premises etc. complete all as per technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all heights and lifts/elevations. Note: [1]The item is excluding erection & dismentling ofscaffolding, it will be provided by department at free of cost based on site requirement.[2]Two-component epoxy injection resin shall be as per technical specification 4A of Annexure-I of Additional special condition of contract. | 7 | Providing and applying aromatic, seamless, high density, elasticHybrid Polyurea based spray applied waterproofing membrane for Terrace water proofing with UV resistant Aliphatic coating to protect Hybrid Polyurea coating. The waterproofing Job includes: [1]Surface Preparation: Preparing the concrete surface to remove dust, dirt, laitances etc. using mechanical means and treating minor defects in concrete with polymer modified mortar using repair polymer (SBR). The surface shall be rendered clean prior to application ofHybrid Polyurea. The residual moisture of the surface shall be less than 4% (Shall be checked with moisture meter). [2]Angle Fillet/Coving: Making of angle fillets of size 50x50mm all around the periphery of the wall with polymer modified mortar using repair polymer (SBR). [3]Injection Grouting wherever required: Grouting the joints, honeycomb areas in the concrete through PVC injection nozzles fixed @ 1 meter c/c or less as per site conditions, using cement slurry grout mixed with expansive additive- added @ 250 gm per bag of cement to full saturation and removing the nozzles and plugging the holes with repair mortar/non shrink grout. [4]Waterproofing Coating: Application of High performance hybrid PU elastomeric waterproofing spray applied liquid membrane. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application and applying Hybrid PU or approved equivalent in two coats to achieve a min. thickness of 1.6 mm DFT, complete all as per Manufacturer\"s specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all heights and lifts/elevations. [5]Aliphatic PU Coating: Damp Proof coating for UV resistance over Polyurea hybrid coating. Note: [1]Hybrid PU elastomeric waterproofing spray applied liquid membrane shall be as per technical specification 5A of Annexure-I of Additional special condition of contract. [2]Manufacturer test certificate for each batch shall be submitted to Engineer In Charge on demand. [3]Application shall be carried out as per manufacturer\"s technical specification or as decided by EIC. |

Properties are Initial setting time of approx 1-2 min. at 30°C, Compressive strength of 25 N/mm2 @ 28 days @ 30°C.
