Collection of information for project affected people to prepare sankalan register and taking consent of Gramsabha and submit rehabilitation proposal as per sec 16 of right to fair compensation and transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement act 20132. Preparation and publication of Notification of Sec 11(1) as per right to fair compensation and transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement act 2013 with necessarily follow up at various stages in coordination with gov departments.3. Getting approval to layout of rehabilitation of project affected people’s by arranging site visit for acquired land by Town Planning department, making necessary paperwork and follow up of same at various government authority up to approval of layout by town planning authority.4. Preparing estimates of Civic Amenities as per sanctioned layout approved by town planning department, getting Technical Sanctions and Administrative Approval from Competent Authority as per Government resolutions and circulars published by Government of Maharashtra5. Getting approval to Rehabilitation Proposal from Divisional Commissioner by doing necessary paperwork, follow up at various stages and remark compliance if any & publication of further notification in order to start rehabilitation work on Site.
