Repairing Of Ms Fabricated Both Bar Screens Installed At Rohini Sector-23 Sps- 1 Arrangement of safety equipment like helmet, gumboot, safety belts, safety shoes, gloves, chain pulley and other necessary items required for safe execution of the work as the work is to be carried out in deep channel of depth around 13 meters. 2 Stopping the incoming sewage water flow after closing of incoming and outgoing gates with the help of manual labour and tool tackles as required at the site. 3 Dismantling of rope wire fromhoist by dismantling of mechanical parts, by cutting of old lifting hook, pin, clamps etc. with the help of gas cutter, manual labour, welding set and tool tackles as required at the site 4 Repairing of both the bar screens after taking out both the stuck bar screens with the help of chain pulley block , or other suitable tool tackles as required at site, thereafter removing of oldrusted MS bar/flat with the help of gas cutter and manual labour and fixing of new MS flat/bar of suitable size with the help of welding machine as per the requirement of the site. 5 Providing and Fixing of SS-304 Rope wire of 12 mm thickness 6 Repairing of guider (MS ‘C’ Channel) on both side wall in the deep sump/channel by removing of old loose fasteners by replacing with new fasteners this job includes is job also include proper levelling and alignment of both side guider for smooth working of the bar screens. 7 Providing and fixing of new hook arrangement for rope wire in both the MS Bar Screen with all required necessary items like pin, clamps, and other material necessary for proper functioning of the bar screenas required at site. 8 Painting of complete bar screen, guide channel etc. in all respect with black anticorrosive paint 9 Testing and commission of complete system
