| 1 | Notes for item No 01 to 18 : (i) Material required for white wash, cement base paint distemper, synthetic enamel paint, external weather proof paint internal emulson paint required as per company specificaton shall be brought in sealed pack/ container and kept in office store and shall be issued to the contractor when required as per consumption.(ii)Paint/White wash shall be carried out only after laying neccessary protection covers/ papers to avoid paint splashes on floors.(iii) Distemper/ emulsion / external emulsion/ synthetic enamel/ primer shall onlyapplied with same brand rollers and tools as approved material make.(iv) Colour of paint may vary from building to building as order by GE without any extra cost to the Govt.(v) Weather proof painting on new surfaces and complete removal surfaces shall be done by authorised applicator and guarantee as per CA shall be obtained from applicator.(vi) The work shall be carried out in upto G+3 storeyed bldg. Cost of scaffolding, safety gears and other T&P deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate of respective items. |

| 19 | M&L for Guniting to existing RCC members after removing all dismantling loose concrete & preparations of surface, application of derusting chemical such as Dr FIXIT Rust Remover or equivalent, welding additional bars if found necessary, priming reinforcement bars with a coat of zink primer of coating not less than 40 mic, provision of bonding agent with bonding material like Dr FIXIT Bonding Agent and repair to external RCC structure with slurry tight and strong form work and short creat concrete of mixed 1:3:1 (one part of cement three part of coarse sand and one part of 10mm and down aggregate) of minimum 40mm thickness, curing the same for 14 days all a specified in IS 9012-1978 incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM1:4 finishing surfaces even and smooth complete allas directed. |
| 20 | Removing plants including roots by dismantaling of brick work PCC/RCC including necessary saffolding any type in any location/position i.e roof , parapet wall near pipes etc and applying acid after removeing roots for preventing the regrowth and making good of disturbed portion useing PCC (1:2:4) type B0 & 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 size of disturbed portion 150 x 150 x 200mm complete all as specified & directed by Engr - In - Charge. Note : Work to be carried out up to 05 storey bldg. |
