Tender For Shifting Of Nc3i Node (Tier Ii ) From Old Building To New Permanent Otm Building At Muthukuru Village For Icgs Krishnapatnam; SCOPE OF WORK(a) Power Supply (I) Input Power supply of 230V Single Phase should be provided with 32 Amps MCB at the input of 5KVA UPS. (II)Earth to Neutral voltage less than 2 volts ( 2V AC ) should be provided in the equipment room (b) UPS AND BATTERIES (I)5KVA UPS Battery Bank and 5KVA UPS provision & installation in OPS Room (II)Partitioned space in OPS Room as per the NC3I FRD Document for the installation of 5 KVA UPS and Battery Bank should be provided (c) Power Supply Cabling (I) Power supply cable for the input of 5 KVA UPS should be provided. (II)32 Amps MCB for the input of 5 KVA UPS input should be provided. (III)UPS Power supply backup to workstations and POE L2 Manageable Switch should be provided (IV) Power supply cabling should be provided (i) From output of the 5KVA UPS to input of industrial Junction Box (ii) From junction box output to Workstation (iii) From junction box output to POE L2 Manageable switch( in 9U Rack) (V) Power supply cable routing till 5KVA UPS input should be neatly secured on cable trays ducts(VI) Power supply cable from 5KVA UPS to All the NC3I Equipment in OPS Room (L2 Manageable SwitchWorkstations) should be neatly secured on cable trays ducts(d) Air Conditioner (I) Air Conditioning (AC) Procurementprovisioninstallation (II) Operation & Maintenance as per OEM recommendation (User Manual) To maintain room temperature18-22 degree Celcius (e) OFC Connectivity (I) End to End OFC connectivity from Media convertor of L2 SWITCH 1 in Old ICG Building NC3I server Rack to Media convertor of L2-SWITCH-2 in 4U Rack to new OTM complex should be provided(OFC cable length 1x 200M) (II)Through PVC pipe OFC cable should be lay via underground and over the fall sealing to new OTM complex(PVC length 1 x 200M) (III) After digging the road it should be closed by concrete (IV)If any hole is put in the floorit should be sealed with white cement (V) 2 No. of VOIP phones has to be connected by media convertor through duplex OFC cable (cable length 2 x 100M) (f) Networking Cable (I) Network cabling from 4U Rack to End Devices (VOIP Phones WORKSTATION) positioned maximum of 100 meters on assumption that all end devices in scope is limited to 100 meters. (II) 2-port Input and output box needs to be provided to each VOIP Phone workstations (III) All the network cable Routing should be neatly secured on cable trays ducts (g) VOIP Phones (I) Network Cabling (CAT6 and OFC) for 9 VOIP Phones should be provided and 6 Spare port should be provided in the switch for 6 VOIP phone. (II) 4 number of Media convertor should be provided (III) Separate 3 pin Power supply socket and power injector to be provided at each VOIP phone (IV) Adaptor and Power injector should be provided if required (V) CAT 6 STP cable (800M) and connector (30Numbers) should be provided. (h) Work Stations(I) Dismantling of one existing Workstations along with workstation console at old ICG Building, Transport/Movement of items and furniture installation at new OTM complex Second floor NC3I room (j) Installation of POE L2 Managable Switch (I) 4U Rack is to be installed on 6thfloor of new OTM complex Second floor NC3I room (II) One 24 port L2 POE Manageable switches should be provided for the extension of Workstations and VOIP Phones
