Sprinkler Arrangement for Fire fighting work to the Construction of Shopping cum Office Complex (Stilt+10 Floors) in plot no: 586, 587 & 588 at Chinthamani, Anna Nagar East and Chennai District= 1 Sprinkler Arrangements for Chinthamani Office complex 2 Removing existing MS C Class Heavy Duty Pipe as including necessary cutting like MS flange of table E elbows, reducers, gaskets, bolt, nuts with washers & joints all incidential charges, necessary scaffolding wherever found necessary etc., 3 100mm dia pipe line 4 50mm dia pipe line 5 25mm dia pipe line 6 Supply, erection, testing and commisioning of following MS C Class Heavy Duty Pipe as per IS 1239 to withstand a developing pressure of 10Kg./sq.cm including necessary fittings like MS flange of tbale E, elbows, reducers, gaskets, bolt, nuts with washers & joints as per standard method of arc welding, including one coat metal primer and two coat Post Office Red painting including conveyance, all incidentak charges necessary scaffolding wherever found necessary etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.Make:JINDAL/EQUIVALENT 7 100 mm dia pipe line 8 50mm dia pipe line 9 Necessary Dia Core cutting in the Beam 80 mm from the slab bottom area with including scaffolding, Machinery and labour charges, packing with GP2 chemicals around the pipeline etc., 10 Refixing the already removed MS C Class Heavy Duty Pipe as including necessary cutting like MS flange of table E, elbows, reducers,gaskets, bolt, nuts with washers & joints all incidenal charges, necessary scaffolding wherver found necessary, Repainting with yellow primer with PO red paint etc., 11 25mm dia pipe line 12 Pressures Testing for whole Fire Fighting arrangements to make running condition inclduing Testing and commisiooning and checking etc 13 After Refixing of Ms C Pipe civil works like Plastering, Painting, putty work with neat finishing with necessary scaffolding, pain materials, Labour Charges etc., 14 Sub Total 15 GST @ 18%
